Everywhere you look, there is something going on with the Raider wrestling program. The girls are off on their own making history while the boys keep climbing the state rankings.
First, Hastings played host to Eagan, East Ridge and Ellsworth in a quadrangular meet on Feb. 2.
Hastings first took down East Ridge 80-0 then Eagan 68-6 and in the last pairing of the night, defeated Ellsworth 66-9.
The quad gave the boys a chance to get in some last minute action before taking on the number one team in the state for Class AAA, the St. Michael / Albertville Knights, last year’s state champions. This dual is one of a few duals that Class AAA number three ranked Raiders would enter as an underdog. The Raiders knew it would be a tough match up, and it was. Here are the individual results:

Hastings will host Shakopee and Bemidji on Feb. 10th starting at 5:00 p.m.
