Ballin' in Dakota County 12th Annual Charity Basketball Tournament is Saturday

Law enforcement officers from throughout Minnesota will participate in the 12th Annual Ballin’ in Dakota County Charity basketball tournament to raise funds for the families of fallen Minnesota peace officers. All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Minnesota Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) in memory of Pope County Deputy Josh Owen who was killed in the line of duty on April 15, 2023. Last year, the event raised and donated over $17,000 to C.O.P.S.
There are 16 teams comprised of 176 players representing the following 49 agencies (MN and WI)

The tournament will take place at Burnsville High School on Saturday, April 20, 2024, with the opening ceremony at 8:00 a.m. and the championship game scheduled for 3:30 pm. The event will have concessions and a raffle/silent auction of donated items. Admission is free and the public is encouraged to attend.
