10:40 a.m. – An afterthe- fact accident was reported in the 600 block of Spiral Boulevard. No injuries reported and no citations issued.
1:24 p.m. – Brandon Kenneth Klein, 47, Hastings, was cited for expired registration in the 800 block of Bahls Drive.
3:41 p.m. – An officer began an assault investigation in the 1000 block of 11th Street West.
10:45 p.m. – Riana Keim, 38, Hastings, was arrested for a misdemeanor Dakota County warrant for theft, and Robert Olson, 46, Winthrop, was arrested for felony 5th degree drug possession and felony felon in possession of a firearm during a traffic stop near the intersection of 17th West and Vermillion streets.
11:31 p.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported in the parking lot of Kwik Trip located in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street.
Tuesday, Dec. 6 11:49 a.m. – James Runi, 54, Apple Valley, was cited for a parking complaint ordinance violation in the 200 block of 12th Street West.
2:25 p.m. – A missing person report was received in the 1500 block of Vermillion Street.
8:59 p.m. – A juvenile complaint was reported and vape pens were confiscated in the 50 block of Radford Road. The school resource officer was advised.
9:07 p.m. – A non-injury crash was reported at Vermillion and 15th streets.
Wednesday, Dec. 7
1:45 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported in front of the 1100 block of 14th Street West. A vehicle struck a parked car. No injuries reported and no citations issued.
Thursday, Dec. 8 11:33 a.m. – A fraud report was received in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive. An unknown suspect was able to deceive the caller into providing banking information.
12:42 p.m. – A potential theft was investigated that originated in the 300 block of Frederick Circle.
2:41 p.m. – A stolen vehicle was recovered from another jurisdiction near the intersection of Fourth and Sibley streets.
3:38 p.m. – Officers responded to a crisis in the 700 block of 11th Street West.
3:51 p.m. – A three-vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Vermillion and 10th streets.
4:18 p.m. – Robert Scott Dreher, 55, Hastings, was arrested for an active Dakota County warrant in the 600 block of Vermillion Street.
5:09 p.m. – Officers responded to a weapons call in the 60 block of Radford Road. The matter is under investigation.
6:25 p.m. – Officers assisted the State Patrol with a two-vehicle crash at 15th Street and Highway 61. One female was transported to the hospital.
8:26 p.m. – A report of vandalism was received in the 500 block of Westview Drive. The case is currently under investigation.
Friday, Dec. 9 12:57 p.m. – A potential hit and run accident by an unknown person caused around $150 in damage in the 1300 block of Lyn Way.
1:17 p.m. – An officer took a report of a hit and run accident in the 300 block of Vermillion Street. This case is currently inactive at this time.
2:27 p.m. – A report of drug activity was received in the 200 block of General Sieben Drive. One juvenile was cited and released.

Saturday, Dec. 10 12:12 p.m. – Officers assisted Rosemount Police Department with locating a 12-year-old child riding a bicycle to Eagan who had gotten lost near Clayton Avenue and 145th Street East. The child was returned home after the parent confirmed that the child was an unreported runaway.
12:38 p.m. – A welfare check was reported in the 900 block of Third Street West.
2:11 p.m. – A welfare check was reported in the 1100 block of Pine Street.
5:13 p.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of Vermillion Street and Vermillion River Trail. No injuries reported and no citations issued.
6:46 p.m. – Officers responded to a potential overdose in the 500 block of 18th Street East. The patient was transported to the hospital by Hasting’s Medics.
10:29 p.m. – Tommy Carter, 19, Hastings, was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicating substance when an officer noticed a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of Lock and Dam Road.
Sunday, Dec. 11 1:46 a.m. – Asjia Monique McCaskel, 26, Saint Paul, was arrested for warrants for misdemeanor 5th degree assault out of Ramsey County and misdemeanor theft out of Hennepin County when officers responded to a medical in the 200 block of Sibley Street.
3:17 a.m. – Officers mediated a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of Greten Court.
1:19 p.m. – A report of damage to property was received in the 2300 block of Pine Street.
4:59 p.m. – Roman Peter Johnson, 36, Hastings, was arrested for domestic assault and booked into the Dakota County Jail when officers responded to a domestic disturbance report in the 500 block of Second Street West.
6:55 p.m. – A hit and run accident in the 100 block of 11th Street West is under investigation.
9:15 p.m. – A report of fraud is under investigation in the 1500 block of Vermillion Street.
11:49 p.m. – Jason Callahan, 42, Cottage Grove, was arrested for driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop near the 600 block of 10th Street East.

Sunday, Dec. 11 6:58 p.m. – A hit and run accident is under investigation in the 100 block of 11th Street West. Owner was Charles Hayes, 37, Apple Valley.
Monday, Dec. 12 5:25 p.m. – A two-vehicle crash, with one person claiming injury, was reported at the intersection of 15th West and Eddy streets. Driver was Frank Judge, 64, Hastings.
5:59 p.m. – A hit and run accident was reported in the 1700 block of Market Boulevard. Victim was Ann Rotty, 52, Hastings.
Tuesday, Dec. 13 3:50 p.m. – A property damage accident was reported in the 1300 block of Lyn Way. Driver was Darci Kusilek, 54, Hastings.
Wednesday, Dec. 14 4:57 a.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported in the area of Highway 55 West of General Sieben Drive. A party was stuck in the vehicle. Drivers were Virginia Santamaria De Coto, 58, Inver Grove Heights, and Lizeth Dominguez Martinez, 42, Inver Grove Heights.
