NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE
CERTAIN EASEMENTS LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY OF HASTINGS, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City of Hastings will hold a public hearing to vacate and discontinue certain easements. The easements proposed to be vacated and discontinued are described in the Permanent Pedestrian Trail and Bike Path Easement dated December 7, 1998, and filed of record in the office of the Dakota County Registrar of Titles on January 20, 1999 as Document Number 390657, and filed of record in the office of the Dakota County Recorder on January 20, 1999 as Document Number 1569596.
WHEN: May 6, 2024 at 7:00pm
WHERE: Council Chambers at Hastings City Hall, 101 4th Street East, Hastings, MN
The scheduled hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the above described public easement should be vacated and discontinued. Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed easement vacation and discontinuance will be given the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
