RAIDER BASEBALL

The Raider Baseball team was put into the COVID quarantine protocol, delaying their return to the field. With over 200 students out of the school system for precautions and the schools returning to the hybrid model, it was only a matter of time before one or more spring sports was impacted. The quarantine also affected early season games. Some games were moved to seven inning double headers, others moved to other dates and some simply cancelled.

Monday was the first day they were clear of the quarantine to practice and they will have their first game on Wednesday, 4:15 p.m., at home versus Tartan.

GOLF

Both boys and girls golf had matched rained/snowed out Tuesday, April 13th.

The girls match versus Hill Murray was moved to May 4th.

The boys had a double header scheduled vs Hill Murray and Mahtomedi. Both of those have been rescheduled to April 27th.

The Girls were able to compete against South St Paul on Thursday the 15th. Being the first match in a long time, they are still getting into the swing of things and working to keep their nerves in check. Maddy Daley was a medalist with a 47, Lauren Hubbart and Lauren Skov both shot 48 and Megan Brown had a 50.
