Please take notice that the Vermillion Town Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public input on Xcel Energy’s application to extend a fence and complete some grading in the Agricultural District.
The property address is 5301 215th Street East, Vermillion Township, Dakota County, Minnesota and represented by Dakota County Parcel Identification No’s.: 39-03200-01-022 and 39-03200-01-021.
The public hearing is scheduled to be conducted at USW 662 Union Hall - 18990 Goodwin Avenue - Hastings, MN. The public may provide comments prior to the public hearing via email at clerk@vermilliontownshipmn.com or by telephone at 651-491-6603. Interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing or submit comments.
