Please take notice that the Vermillion Town Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public input on the application of a property that would like to re-zoned to the General Business District. The property address is 18575 Donnelly Avenue, Vermillion Township, Dakota County, Minnesota and represented by Dakota County Parcel Identification No. 39-01800-75-010. The public hearing is scheduled to be conducted at USW 662 Union Hall - 18990 Goodwin Avenue - Hastings, MN. The public may provide comments prior to the public hearing via email at clerk@vermilliontownshipmn.com or by telephone at 651-491-6603. Interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing or submit comments.
