A two vehicle accident happend around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13th at the intersection of Highway 55 and Pleasant Drive. The officer in charge of the scene quickly stated that one car had run a red light colliding with the other car. Because of safety concerns with the busy intersection, he was unable to stop and give an official statement or extensive details. He did say that there were no known injuries and that the two female drivers were just shaken up, which is a great thing given one vehicle ended upside down. Photo’s by Bruce Karnick
