The Raider Boys Tennis team has had to make many schedule adjustments already this season due to the attempted return of winter. They were finally able to get a match in and fell to Mahtomedi last week by a 7-0 score.
Singles: No. 1 – Brandon Pham, Mahtomedi def. Caleb Teegarden, Hastings, 6-0 , 6-0 , -; No. 2 – Jack Allaben, Mahtomedi def. Henry Ascheman, Hastings, 6-0 , 6-0 , -; No. 3 – Dylan Pham, Mahtomedi def. Matt Darst, Hastings, 6-0 , 6-0 , -; No. 4 – Zach Burge, Mahtomedi def. Tanner Mattila, Hastings, 6-1 , 6-0 , -; Doubles: No. 1 – Sam Rathmanner – Charlie Diebel, Mahtomedi def. Brady Zak – Michael Johnson, Hastings, 6-1 , 6-3 , -; No. 2 – Harlan Molitor – Stefan Hammerschmidt, Mahtomedi def. Brady Teegarden – Nathan Welt, Hastings, 6-1 , 6-0 , -; No. 3 – Luke Roettger – Brennan Eitel, Mahtomedi def. Maddox Repke – Charlie Jensen, Hastings, 6-1 , 6-2 , -; Unfortunately for Hastings, none of the matches were close for this particular matchup, but Mahtomedi has always been a tough opponent in Tennis. The next chance to catch the Raiders in action is April 20 at Simley. Then Thursday at Hilly-Murray. They return home on April 26 to hos North. All matches are scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start.
