The Hastings Rivertown Lions were pleased, despite the blizzard conditions, Hastings came out to support the Hastings Fire Department and First Responders for the 4th Annual Super Breakfast on Feb. 8. The snow started as set up began and continued through the morning, eliminating the opportunity for the kids to explore the equipment on site, and causing department personnel to head out to calls on three separate occasions. None the less, the Hastings Rivertown Lions were happy they met this year's $2,500 goal and were able to present a check to Chief John Townsend (far left) with 4 department members and Lions members (from left) Gary and Carollyn Gronquist and Linda and Mike Molenda.
