Notice And Order of Hearing on Petition for Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representatives and Notice to Creditors
Estate of
Robert L. Gerten, also known as Robert Lawrence Gerten and Robert Gerten
Decedent.
It is Ordered and Notice given that on April 25, 2024 at 9am, a hearing will be held in this Court at the Dakota County Judicial Center, 1560 Highway 55, Hastings, MN 55033 for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated October 3, 2022, and for the appointment of Lewis R. Gerten and Charlene A. Heinsch, whose addresses are, respectively, 5910 South Robert Trail, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, 55077 and 9800 Conrad Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, 55076 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration.Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with the full power to administer the estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Hearing will be held via ZOOM. Remote Hearing instructions will be provided upon request.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representatives or the Court Administrator within (4) months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
