NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING

ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:

A Petition for Fornal Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirs and Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed with this Court, requesting the appointment of Aaron Amsler and Christine Amsler, whose address is 724 Fremont Street, Anoka, Minnesota 55303, as Personal Representatives of the Estate. If no objections are filed, and if the relief requested is appropriate and supported, the requested relief may be granted. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed, emailed, faxed, or filed in the electronic filing system, together with the court filing fee, prior to December 18, 2025.

IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that any objections to the Petition must be made by U.S. Mail, fax, e-mail, or eFiling by December 18, 2025. Objections by U.S. Mail can be sent to Scott County Court Administration, 200 West Fourth Avenue, Shakopee, MN 55379. Objections by fax can be sent to 952-496-8211. Objections by e-mail can be sent to scott.fax@courts.state.mn.us. If proper, and no objections are filed or made, and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice also shall be given by publishing a copy of this Notice and Order in a legal newspaper two consecutive weeks for the county in which the petition is filed at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
