NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:

Douglas Adolf Scheurenbrand a/k/a Douglas Scheurenbrand a/k/a Douglas A. Scheurenbrand aka Doug Scheurenbrand,
Decedent
A Petition for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated December 15, 2005, (“Will”), and
for the appointment of:
Quinn Scott Karpan
Address: 1400 Natchez Ave. S., Golden Valley, Minnesota, 55416
as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration has been filed with this Court by Quinn Scott Karpan. If no objections are filed, and if the relief requested is appropriate and supported, the requested relief may be granted. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed, email, faxed, or filed in the electronic filing system, together with the court filing fee, prior to April 16, 2026.
IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that any objections to the Petition must be made by U.S. Mail, fax, e-mail, or eFiling by April 16, 2026. Objections by U.S. Mail can be sent to Scott County Court Administration, 200 West Fourth Avenue, Shakopee, MN 55379. Objections by fax can be sent to 952-496-8211. Objections by e-mail can be sent to scott.fax@courts.state.mn.us. If proper, and no objections are filed or made, the Petition may be granted. If objections are filed or made, or the Respondent’s attorney requests for any reason, the hearing will be rescheduled.
Notice shall be given to all interested persons by the petitioner by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order by U.S. Postal Service at least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing date.

Notice also shall be given by publishing a copy of this Notice and Order in a legal newspaper two consecutive weeks for the county in which the petition is filed at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
