NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDTIORS

IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to Minnesota Supreme Court Order ADM20-8001 a hearing will be held via ZOOM on the __18th___ day of _December____, 2025, at ____10:30 a.m.__ o’clock (a.m.)(p.m.) by this Court for the formal adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the formal appointment of Sherry L. Munyon, whose address is 2680 2nd Street North, Saint Paul, MN 55109, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Decedent in an unsupervised administration. If you wish to appear, remote hearing instructions are available upon request. If proper, and no objections are filed, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. If you object to the relief sought, you must file a written objection with the Court by 4:30 p.m. on December 17th, 2025. Written objections not filed by the ordered date and timewill not be considered. Written objections may be filed with the required filing fee one of twoways: 1) Mailed to Dakota County District Court - Probate Division, 1560 Highway 55,Hastings, MN 5033; or 2) Electronically filed by using the electronic filing system. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice shall be given by: 1) publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a legal newspaper in Dakota County, the last publication of which is to be at least ten (10) days before the deadline for objections; and 2) mailing via U.S. Postal Service a copy of this Notice and Order postmarked at least fourteen (14) days prior to the deadline for objections to all interested persons as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 524.10401 and persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 524.3-204. Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes Section 5624.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred
