TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
Plaintiff Mongoose Property LLC (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint to reduce the owner’s redemption period to five weeks pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 582.032, in regard to the foreclosure of that certain Mortgage made by Stephanie J. Ricketts in favor of Long Beach Mortgage Company, as mortgagee, dated September 28, 2006, and recorded on October 19, 2006, in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, as Document No. T599746, and assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for Registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-10, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-10, by that certain Corporate Assignment of Mortgage dated August 16, 2022, and recorded on December 14, 2022, in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, as Document No. T869619, encumbering real property in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, legally described as:
Unit No. 1103, CIC NO. 51, FOX RIDGE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium located in the County of Dakota
You, the Defendants, are hereby summoned to appear before this Court on June 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., via electronic means as the Court may direct, at which time a hearing will be held. ATTENDANCE IS NOT REQUIRED AT THE HEARING EXCEPT TO CONTEST THE RELIEF SOUGHT HEREIN. If you wish to contest Plaintiff’s Complaint, you must appear at the time specified. If you do not appear, an order may be entered reducing the redemption period to five weeks.
