State of Minnesota County of Dakota District Court First Judicial District Probate Court Division Notice and Order for Hearing on Petition for Descent of Property

Court File No. 19-HAPR- 21-21 In re the Estate of: Linda Marie Tousey Notice if givent that a Petition for Determination of Descent of Property has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the Decendent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requets the probate of Decedent’s Last Will dated March 2, 1995, if any, and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed or filed in the electronic filing system, together wth the court filing fee, to Dakota County Probate Court, 1560 Highway 55, Hastings, MN 55033, If proper, and no objections are filed, the Petition may be granted.

IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that a default hearing has been scheduled on March 25, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. by this Court. No appearances are requred. Any Objection must be either mailed or electronically filed instead of made personally and must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the date of the defualt hearing or it may be not be considered. Due to Court Order ADM208001 of the Minnesota Supreme Court, this court will rule on the Petition in this case after administrative review of submissions without appearance unless an objection is filed. If objections are filed, the hearing will be rescheduled. No telephone conference will be required unless there are questions.
