Royal Pet Inc. will be moving to the old Twin Cities Container building, probably by the end of this year. They aren’t in any hurry, though. They want to renovate the building to suit their needs. And it will take some time to move from their S. St. Paul facility.

Brittany Toth, Marketing and Product Manager, said they chose Hastings because of the building location and the fact that both manufacturing and the warehouse would be on the same site. Since the building is double the size of what they have now, it will provide an opportunity for growth. Plus, she said Hastings is a great community.

Royal Pet Inc. began in 1996 in the USA, along with a subsidiary in China. The U. S. facility manufactures and packages the pet treats from “ideation to _nished product.” The Chinese subsidiary manufactures the other products, like pet toys and dog beds.

Brittany said their treats have all-natural ingredients and are easily digestible and healthy. They strive to create treats that can be used for “interactive playtime, where an owner and pet can create that special bond.”

For instance, ZoomaChew is a toy that doubles as an edible treat.

Royal Pet Inc. has also won several awards. One of the most recent awards was Best Cat Litter Mat for the Fresh Kitty brand in March, 2020. This New Product Showcase 2020 award covered both the large and medium mat sizes.

When asked about their core values, Brittany said they pertain to both employees and products. When they create new products, they make sure all values are covered. Those values are adaptability, honesty, innovation, knowledge, results, and global viewpoint.

They have many brands and products for different buyers and businesses.

They believe the Hastings move will spread opportunity all around by bringing in buyers and fostering growth within the business.

Royal Pet Inc. is excited about the move. After settling in, they will look for ways to be active in the community.

They’re all about making a positive impact on the life of animals and their human owners.

Brittany started her position about one and a half years ago and loves it. She has always loved animals. She “wanted to be a part of something better to improve people’s lives.”

Her pets are two Wheaton terriers, Sage and Winston.
