PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF MIESVILLE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Miesville will a hold public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020, at Miesville City Hall located at 14221 240th St E, Hastings, MN 55033 The purpose of the hearing is to consider ordinance amendments and to codify old ordinance amendments into the Miesville Zoning Ordinance. Summary of items to be considered are as follows: A. Adding new, amending or codifying definitions that were included in previous ordinances into the zoning ordinance. B. Referencing the Comprehensive Plan as a guiding policy document C. Providing Performance Standards for a lot of record building right D. Providing Performance Standards for Solar Electric System E. Providing Performance Standards for RV’s and Campers F. Providing Performance Standards for Farm Employee Buildings G. Adding and Clarifying Definitions All interested parties are urged to attend this hearing and give verbal or written testimony.
