Lehrke, Sr. a/k/a Roderick Arnold Lehrke, Sr., Decedent It is Ordered and Notice is given that on July 6th a hearing will be held on a petition for the formal probate of an nstrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated March 16, 2017, and for the appointment of Hanz R. Lehrke, whose address is 11233 Chisago Blvd., Chisago City, MN 55013, as a personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing.
