REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
For Pupil Transportation Services
NOTICE TO SERVICE PROVIDERS
Sealed quotations will be received by Independent School District 200 at its District Offices, 1000 West 11th St Hastings, MN 55033 until 11:00 a.m. (CST) Thursday, February 13, 2025, at which time all quotations will be opened and read publicly. Proposals are being requested on the purchase of Pupil Transportation Services.
Quotations are to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to provide pupil transportation services as specified for a term of two (2) school years commencing on July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.
An informational meeting will be held at the District Offices, 1000 West 11th St Hastings, MN 55033, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at which time prospective service providers may inform themselves of the District's specific transportation needs. Service Providers may also examine maps, schedules, current route lists, and other information made available by the District.
Quotations must be submitted on proposal forms "Exhibit A" furnished by the District and be in accordance with the specifications. The School District reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities, to accept or reject any portion of a quotation when quotations are by items, and to accept or reject any or all quotations, and to make arrangements in the best interest of the School District. All quotations are to be addressed to Jen Seubert, Director of Finance and Operations, Independent School District 200, 1000 West 11th St Hastings, MN 55033, and be properly identified with the inscription: TRANSPORTATION SERVICES QUOTATION.
Specifications will be available at Independent School District 200, District Offices, 1000 West 11th St Hastings, MN 55033 on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. A copy may also be provided electronically by e-mail request to Rich Enga, Transportation Consultant, at e-mail address: rich@theceso.com. Questions regarding the specifications must be addressed to Rich Enga, Transportation Consultant, via e-mail at rich@theceso.com. Questions concerning this quotation must be made in writing, and responses to such questions will be made in writing. All quotations, once delivered to the district, must remain effective until sixty (60) days after the opening.
