Public Hearing to Receive Comments on the
2026-2030 Capital Improvement Programs
The Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the County’s draft 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program and Regional Rail Capital Improvement Program.
The public hearing will be held December 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board Room, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 West Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota.
The County’s Capital Improvement Program is a five-year plan for capital expenditures that identifies acquisition, construction, and improvement of permanent facilities in the areas of roads, parks, and public buildings.
