HASTINGS Police Report
November 15 8:38 a.m.
Officers responded to an after the fact burglary report in the 2500 block of Millard Ave. The case is under investigation.
10:04 a.m.
Officers were advised of a male with an active warrant in the 1200 block of 18th St. E. The male, Zachary J. Prebe, 28 of Hastings was arrested for the warrant and transported to Dakota County Jail without issue.
3:55 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were documented that occurred in the 800 block of 13th St. W.
8:27 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted near the 600 block of 10th St. E. The driver, Hurie Boclair, 39 of Minneapolis was arrested for a gross misdemeanor Scott County warrant and gross misdemeanor give false name of another to police.
11:31 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Hwy. 61 and Spiral View Loop. The driver, Jeremy Fitzgerald, 35 of St. Paul was arrested for 3rd Degree DWI – gross misdemeanor.
November 16
6:20 a.m.
Officers responded to the 100 block of 26th St. E. for a medical call.
6:56 a.m. Diego E. Montiforte, 34 was arrested for a warrant in the 900 block of Bailey St. 9:02 p.m. A report of threats was received in the 100 block of 3rd St. E.
November 18
7:35 a.m. A subject was assisted in the 300 block of Ramsey St. 3:28 p.m. A theft incident was reported in the 100 block of 22nd St. W. 8:04 p.m.
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Jackson Dr. and took John P. Reuter, 55 of Hastings into custody for a misdemeanor warrant.
November 19
9:49 a.m.
Officers were made aware of an after the fact damage to property report in the 300 block of Frederick Circle. The case was documented for informational purposes only.
11:08 a.m. An accident with no injuries was reported at the intersection of Tiffany Dr. and Red Wing Blvd.
11:32 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Glendale Rd. regarding a parking complaint. One vehicle was towed.
12:28 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Frederick Circle regarding a damage to property report. An unknown person caused damage to a residence.
6:32 p.m. An accident report was taken in the 600 block of Vermillion St. The case was documented.
November 20
1:43 a.m.
Officers responded to a suspicion call in the 1100 block of Vermillion St. After investigation, Damarius S. Bedeaux, 26 of Hastings was arrested for an active misdemeanor warrant and gross misdemeanor 5th degree possession of a controlled substance.
2:57 a.m. Another agency was assisted in the 19000 block of Lena Ave.
4:44 a.m. A Dakota County Deputy was assisted on a traffic stop in the area of Vermillion St. near Cannon St.
8:58 a.m. A missing person report was taken in the 400 block of State St. The person returned home.
7:28 p.m. A theft of motor vehicle report was taken in the 1700 block of Carleton Dr. The officer investigated the case. There are no suspects, and the case is under investigation.
8:33 p.m. Officers assisted another agency near the intersection of Westview Dr. and N. Frontage Rd.
10:22 p.m. A traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and Spiral View Loop. Kenzie M. Quinn, 24 of New Ulm was cited for driving after revocation, failure to display registration and having a false temporary permit.
November 21
12:00 p.m.
An officer located a parked vehicle with expired registration parked on the street. The officer cited Brian D. O’Neal of Hastings for failure to change title to current owner, expired registration and a parking hours violation.
5:42 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of Sun Valley Dr. for a medical call.
