December 6

8:44 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 600 block of 3rd St. W. 11:38 a.m.

An abandoned bicycle was recovered in the 800 block of Vermillion St.

1:14 p.m. A report of drug activity was received in the 1000 block of 11th St. W. A juvenile female was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

December 7

5:08 a.m.

Officers responded to a medical emergency in the 1100 block of Bahls Dr.

7:30 a.m. A report of a disturbance was received in the 200 block of General Sieben Dr.

11:12 a.m. A welfare check was performed in the 2500 block of Cannon St. 5:30 p.m.

Officers received a missing person report for a male who hasn’t been heard from for some time. Under investigation.

8:09 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of N. Frontage Rd. for an after the fact crash report.

9:14 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 200 block of 33rd St. W. The incident is under investigation.

December 8 6:50 a.m.

The West Metro Drug Task Force was assisted with a search warrant in the 800 block of 2nd St. E.

7:12 a.m. A burglary was reported in the 600 block of 15th St. W. 8:02 p.m. A welfare check was requested in the 100 block of 3rd St. E. 8:15 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. regarding a theft. The incident is under investigation.

December 9

10:40 a.m.

A suspicious act complaint was received in the 1800 block of Ashland St.

2:31 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of 9th St. W. for a medical call.

3:12 p.m. A report of a disturbance that had occurred in the 200 block of General Sieben Dr. was received.

4:10 p.m. A welfare check was requested in the 1500 block of Vermillion St.

9:57 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 12th St. W. and Vermillion St. The driver, Anthony Larson, 34 of St. Paul was issued a citation for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.

December 10 1:35 p.m.

A school bus stop arm violation investigation was started near the intersection of Tiffany Dr. and Cari Park Ln.

2:28 p.m. A vehicle vs. sign crash was reported near the intersection of 31st St. and Cty. Rd. 47. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.

December 11

12:16 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Red Wing Blvd. and Vermillion St. regarding an accident with injuries. After investigation, Paul D. Stoffel, 58 of Hastings was cited for failing to yield to a motor vehicle.

1:03 p.m. A report of burglary was received in the 2600 block of Commerce Dr. This report is under investigation.

5:27 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. regarding a medical call. Information only.

12:40 a.m.

Officers assisted another agency in the 18000 block of Portwood Way.
