Paul M. Lyon, age 37 of Apple Valley, died suddenly on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
Paul was born on May 24, 1987, in Hastings to Steve and Cindy (Mallery) Lyon. Following his graduation from Hastings High School with the class of 2005, Paul studied at University of Wisconsin - River Falls. He worked as a Web Developer for ATA (Advanced Textiles Association).
Paul married Kellie Skeates on September 8, 2018, and lived in Apple Valley. He loved activities with his family, he was a very caring husband, and an excellent father. Paul enjoyed spending time with his family, boating, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Kellie; sixteen-year-old daughter, Lilli; almost five-year-old, James; and a baby girl expected in April 2025; his parents, Steve and Cindy Lyon; sister, Amanda (Avan) Kells; nephews, Jase and Colt; and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial services will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings, with a Celebration of his Life following until 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Paul’s family during this difficult time.
