We are writing in support of Kelsey Wait’s campaign for re-election to the Hastings ISD 200 School Board because, as a School Board Member and Chair, she exhibits a tireless focus on the needs of children, demonstrates a respect for science and clear thinking, is fair and compassionate, and embraces open dialogue with all who wish to share their ideas or thoughts.
Throughout her tenure, Kelsey has worked as a team with fellow Board Members to do what’s right for the health and safety of students and staff, to ensure equitable educational opportunities for all students, and to develop innovative solutions to fiscal concerns and other challenges.
