What: Dakota County will celebrate the opening of the new Robert Street Underpass on the River to River Greenway in West St. Paul. The underpass provides a safer way for pedestrians and bicyclists to cross Robert Street and access West St. Paul retail businesses, the Wentworth Library, parks and more. The underpass is a key improvement along the greenway that connects Lilydale, Mendota Heights, West St. Paul and South St. Paul.
When: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7 A ribbon-cutting will be followed by a self-guided walk or ride along the greenway and underpass.
