NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NININGER TOWNSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nininger Township Planning Commission will hold
a public hearing starting at 8 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2025, at the Nininger Town Hall, 12390 Ivanhoe
Way, Hastings, MN 55033. The purpose of the hearing is to gather public comment on a Fence
Ordinance that would establish standards for the installation of fences on property in Nininger
Township which is zoned residential.
All interested parties are urged to attend the public hearing to provide verbal or written comment.
