Notice of Public Hearing to Vacate
AN EASEMENT located
within the City of Hastings, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City of Hastings will hold a public hearing on December 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hastings City Hall Council Chambers, 101 4th Street East, Hastings, Minnesota, to consider a request to vacate a public easement located within the City of Hastings.
The easement proposed to be vacated and discontinued is described in the Sidewalk, Street, Drainage and Utility Easement as Document Number 1059470.
A map and legal description of the easements proposed to be vacated are available for public inspection at the Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, MN, during regular business hours, or online at https://www.hastingsmn.gov/city-government/city-charter-ordinances/legal-notices .
The scheduled hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the above described public easement should be vacated and discontinued. Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed easement vacation and discontinuance will be given the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
