Notice of Nininger Township Election
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Nininger Township, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday on March 19, 2024. If inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday a future date shall be set by the Board of Supervisors and published in this paper.
The Election Poll hours will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, at which time the voters will elect:
Supervisor 3-year term
Clerk 2-year term
The Board of Canvas will meet on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 9 am. to canvas the election results. The Annual Meeting will commence when the counting of the ballots is complete or approximately 8:30 pm to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
