Sunday, March 21st, Miesville Fire Department was dispatched at 12:58 in the morning for a reported structure fire on Circle Drive in Welch Township. On arrival, Engine 1 crew found heavy fire on the exterior of the home. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and then made entry into the structure. A quick search of the home was performed, followed by overhaul operations. All units were clear at 3:34 am.
There were no injuries to report. Miesville Fire was assisted by Red Wing Fire Department, Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Goodhue County Dispatch, and Dakota Communications Center. Red Wing Fire provided a Tender for water delivery and an ambulance for EMS standby. Thank you all for providing assistance. Crews from Red Wing Fire Department assisted Miesville Fire Department with a structure fire on Circle Drive in Welch early morning on March 21st. No injuries were reported.
