Savannah Leyde is a proud resident of Hastings and has been named a top 10 finalist in the Ms. Health & Fitness competition, a nationwide search recognizing women who exemplify strength, resilience, and commitment to healthy living. The winner will be featured on the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS and receive a $20,000 prize.
For Savannah, this competition represents more than personal achievement. As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, she has dedicated herself to inspiring others in the community to prioritize their physical health and wellbeing. Through EmpowHERed Fitness, her private studio gym located in Hastings, she actively encourages women of all ages to build confidence through health and fitness.
Voting is open to the public, and community support plays a crucial role in determining the winner. Savannah is rallying Hastings area residents to vote, share her story, and help spotlight the strength and spirit of the local community on a national platform.
“This journey isn’t just about me,” says Savannah. “It’s about showing what’s possible when women support each other and commit to becoming their strongest selves.”
