The following individuals who were convicted of crimes in Dakota County have applied for relief from the Clemency Review Commission. The applications will be considered at the meeting scheduled for Sept. 6, 2024, commencing at 9:00 a.m. at 658 Cedar St., St. Paul, MN:

Zaheeda Narine Assault 1st Degree - Great Bodily Harm Convicted: 2/26/2002
Nicholas Gregory Phillips 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct Convicted: 7/19/2016
Victims of these individuals' crimes have a right to submit an oral or written statement at this meeting summarizing the harm suffered as a result of the crime and make a recommendation as to whether Clemency should be granted or denied.
