January 11th 6:57 a.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 18th St. and Pleasant Drive.

9:31 a.m. Officers observed a vehicle with expired registration tabs traveling on Ravenna Trail towards Vermillion St. A traffic stop was initiated and the owner of the vehicle Jenaca Jonette Krienke, 34 of Cottage Grove, was cited for expired registration.

9:42 a.m. Officers cited and towed a vehicle in the 1700 block of Ashland for an ordinance parking hours violation and statute registration display violation. Connor James Cunningham, 24 of South St. Paul was cited.

10:27 a.m. An officer responded to County Road 47 and Pine Street for a 3 vehicle motor vehicle accident. No injuries reported. One citation issued to Garth Lynn Schmidt, 64 of Hastings, for failure to drive with due care.

12:34 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of 4th St. W. to investigate suspicious activity. During the investigations officers were informed by the victim that an unknown suspect tampered with her motor vehicle. No suspects were identified. There is no evidence of damage on the vehicle.

2:43 p.m. An officer observed a vehicle parked on the 1000 block of Maple St. with expired registration. The owner Alexis Jubie, 23 of Faribault, was cited for the violation.

9:14 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the 1000 block of Vermillion Street.

10:07 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Vermillion Street and 14th Street West. After investigation Azucena Nmn Dominguez-Genis, 35 of Bloomington, was cited for driving after suspension.

11:32 p.m. Officers located a stolen vehicle at the 1600 block of Vermillion Street. Kamal Mohamed, 25 of St. Paul, was charged with receiving stolen property, careless driving, and driving after revocation.

January 12th 1:53 a.m. Officers responded to the 2800 block of Millard Avenue for a burglary. The incident is under investigation.

3:00 a.m. Officer located some found property in the 100 block of 3rd Street East. This property was collected and entered for safekeeping.

3:24 a.m. Officers responded to a tampering with motor vehicle complaint in the 1200 block of Vermillion Street. There is no known suspect information at this time. The incident is under investigation.

5:26 a.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Vermillion for a trespassing.

8:50 a.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Vermillion St. for a report of a burglary. An unknown suspect entered a closed business without permission. No items were taken but there was approximately $430.00 in damages.

9:11 a.m. Officers were called to the 1400 block of Vermillion St. for a suspicious male. Jordan Amir Parr, 27 of St. Paul, was cited for theft.

3:57 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of General Sieben Drive for a theft in progress incident. Officers investigated and charged a juvenile male with theft.

6:12 p.m. Death investigation. The body was turned over to the medical examiner.

8:10 p.m. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Cannon Street for a disturbance.

January 13th 2:15 a.m. Officers responded to the area of Glendale Road and Ravenna Trail for a driving complaint. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The driver will be charged by formal coman plaint for tax evasion, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without a license.

9:04 a.m. Officers assisted in a civil matter on Riverwood Dr. 11:32 a.m. Officer took a theft report from N. Frontage Rd. The matter is under investigation.

12:45 p.m. An officer was dispatched to HWY 55 and Pleasant Dr. for a two-vehicle crash with one vehicle that rolled over. No injuries reported. One citation issued to Tiffany Marie Carl, 34 of Hastings, for failure to stop for traffic control light.

January 14th 8:31 a.m. An officer responded to a one vehicle accident. No injuries reported and no citations issued.

2:51 p.m. Officers observed a driver operating a vehicle who they knew did not have a valid driver’s license in the 1300 block of 3rd St. E. Bryce Horning, 26 of Hastings, was issued a citation for driving after revocation.

3:26 p.m. Officers received a found wallet. The owner has not been able to be contacted.

7:29 p.m. Officers responded to the 3500 block of Century Dr. for a check the welfare. After investigation Allison Nicole Lee, 19 of Hastings, was arrested for outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

8:47 p.m. Officers spoke with an employee of a business in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street regarding a dollar bill with a suspicious substance on it, thus damaging it. The dollar was collected and entered into evidence. January 15th 3:18 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of 18th Street E. and Ravenna Trail. The vehicle fled from the stop and officers initiated a pursuit before terminating the pursuit a short distance later. The incident is under investigation.

1:28 p.m. An officer observed a vehicle legally parked on the 100 block of 2nd St. W. with expired registration displayed. Michael Munger, 35 of Hastings, was issued a citation for the offense.

6:48 p.m. An officer took an after the fact theft report from a Walmart loss prevention employee. The incident is under investigation.

8:35 p.m. Officers responded to a medical near the 1900 block of Sierra

Drive. January 16th 10:28 a.m. I (ofc. Bukkila #1429) went to Pleasant Dr. and HWY 55 for a two-vehicle crash. No injuries reported. No citations issued.

5:09 p.m. Officer received a report of suspicious circumstances at an unknown location in the city of Hastings. This incident was documented for informational purposes.

10:32 p.m. Officers located an abandoned vehicle north of the Hastings bridge. The vehicle was towed to southeast towing in Hastings.

10:38 p.m. An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1700 block of Vermillion Street for an equipment violation. The driver Leonel Godoy-Soto, 53 of St. Paul, was issued a citation for driving without a valid license.

11:53 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Road. The driver Corey Johnson, 40 of Bloomington, was arrested for gross misdemeanor no proof of insurance and driving after revocation.

January 17th 12:25 a.m. Officers responded to the 1500 block of Vermillion St. for a disturbance. After investigation Eric Worth McDaniel, 40 of Hastings, was cited for disorderly conduct and damage to property. Gregory Brannon, 44 of Hastings, was cited for disorderly conduct.
