Hastings qualifies two for state swim and dive meet

Hastings sophomore swimmer Tristan Herbst and junior diver Charlie Jensen qualified for state in the 2024 boys 3AA section swim and dive championships held at Teo Rivers High School in Mendota Heights Saturday.

At state, McAlpin said her expectations were, “For Charlie to make it back to finals on Saturday of state meet would be awesome. I think that would be a really good goal for him. And then for Tritan I would love to see Tristan be able to make finals and then also be able to cut time off what he did today.”
