October 24 3:38 p.m. – A theft report was received from the 500 block of 13th Street West.
4:02 p.m. – William Edwin Russell, 63, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police received a driving complaint in the 1500 block of 15th Street West.
October 25 1:04 a.m. – A traffic stop was conducted at 15th and Vermillion Streets.
1:06 a.m. – Jessica Jagoe, 35, Oakdale, was arrested for gross misdemeanor 3rd degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop near the 900 block of Vermillion Street.
10:06 a.m. – An officer responded to a two-vehicle accident at County Road 47 and Vermillion Street.
6:43 p.m. – A driver was warned for driving conduct and a request for driver evaluation form was submitted after a traffic stop near 7th and Vermillion Streets.
8:49 p.m. – A traffic stop was conducted in the 700 block of Vermillion Street, and the driver was warned for having an expired registration.
10:18 p.m. – A resident in the 500 block of Westview Drive reported a financial transaction card fraud, and the incident is under investigation.
October 26 7:59 a.m. – After a two-vehicle accident at 15th Street West and Pine Street, Trisha Jean Moberg, 31, Hastings was cited for not clearing frost off of her windshield.
4:35 p.m. – Police were dispatched to a North Frontage Road business after a juvenile female said a man approached her and asked if he could make physical contact with her. The case is under investigation.
4:51 p.m. – A theft report was received from a residence in the 500 block of 3rd Street West.
7:51 p.m. – A juvenile complaint was received at a residence
in the 900 block of 15th Street West.
10:30 p.m. – Heath Christopher King, 48, Hastings, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at the intersection of 15th and Pine Streets.
October 27 3:04 p.m. – A catalytic converter theft from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Pleasant Drive was reported.
9:01 p.m. – Ashley Gary, 29, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault after police were called to a residence in the 500 block of 3rd Street.
October 28 10:24 p.m. – A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of Eddy Street.
October 29 9:36 p.m. – A damage to property report was taken at a residence on Patrick Lane. A window was damaged by a rock.
3:43 p.m. – Approximately $1,100 in property was reported solen from a business in the 200 block of Ramsey
Street.
6:47 p.m. – Police assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop near the intersection of Red Wing Boulevard and Michael Avenue. An adult male was arrested by Dakota County deputies for possession of a controlled substance.
October 30 4:22 a.m. – Devin J. Anderson, 19, Hastings, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a traffic accident in the 1000 block of Nininger Road.
6:41 p.m. – A property damage motor vehicle accident was reported at General Sieben Drive and Hwy. 55.
7:12 p.m. – A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of 23rd Street West.

October 20 7:35 a.m. – Kristin Louise Edwards, 62, River Falls, was warned for not driving with due care after an accident at 1207 Vermillion St.
11:50 p.m. – An accident in a parking lot in the 3400 block of Vermillion Street was reported. A vehicle driven by Toni Yoswa, 40, Woodbury, reportedly struck property in the lot.
October 23 2:50 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported at 10th Street East near the dog park. There were no injuries and no citations issued. Driving were Grace Pugh, 20, of Stillwater and Margaret Noesen, 66, of Red Wing.
October 25
10;06 a.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported at County Road 47 and Vermillion Street. Drivers were Brian Dadd, 42, Saint Paul and Tucker Jackson Endres, 22, Rosemount.
October 27
8:04 a.m. – A vehicle driven by Breeana Houser, 21, Hastings, hit a deer on Commerce Drive.
8:19 a.m. – An accident was reported in the roundabout at Red Wing Boulevard and Tiffany Drive. There were no citations issued and no injuries reported. Drivers were Mary Rose Kimmes, 77, Hastings, and Lauren Bjokne, 68, Cottage Grove.
October 28
10:25 p.m. – A hit and run accident was reported in the 100 block of Eddy Street. A vehicle owned by Kristal Obitz, 36, South Saint Paul was struck.
