November 14 9:49 a.m. – A fraud investigation was opened in the 500 block of 7th Street East.
10:07 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of 15th and Pine Street. There were no injuries or citations.
11:50 a.m. – Officers responded to a dumping complaint of two tires by unknown suspect(s) near the intersection of 1st Street and Pleasant Drive.
4:27 p.m. – A theft of a bicycle, coffee and backpack by a male suspect was reported in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road.
4:55 p.m. – A theft was reported in the 400 block of Hayes Drive.
10:39 p.m. – A past-action assault was reported and is under investigation in the 1400 block of Whispering Court.
November 15 8:36 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of damage to property in the 200 block of General Sieben Drive.
9:52 a.m. – A check forgery was reported in the
1300 block of Eddy Street.
November 16 4:01 a.m. – David Paul Hernandez, 57, Hastings, was arrested for gross misdemeanor DWI warrant out of Carver County during a check welfare in the 300 block of 2nd Street East.
7:25 a.m. – A investigation of death occurred in the 900 block of 31st Street West. Per the medical examiner, the body was released to the funeral home.
11:01 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances were investigated in the 10 block of Radford Road. The matter is ongoing.
November 17 8:15 a.m. – Officers took a report of threats in the 200 block of General Sieben Drive.
8:18 a.m. – Steven Joseph Drahos, 56, NPA, was arrested on an A& D order in the 1200 block of 18th Street East after police responded to an AOA.
9:31 a.m. – Check fraud was reported in the 1300 block of South Frontage Road.
10:53 a.m. – Sonya R. Wilson, 45, Hastings, was arrested for felony threats of violence after police were dispatched to the 200 block of 2nd Street East for a report of a weapons call.
3:58 p.m. – A lost cell phone was reported in the 1300 block of 17th Street West.
November 18 10:43 a.m. – A possible assault was reported via the Minnesota Adult Abuse Network Reporting Center. Contact was made with the reported victim who advised no report was requested.
1:19 p.m. – Officers responded to a property damage crash in the 1000 block of Spiral Boulevard.
4:12 p.m. – A two-vehicle crash was reported at Featherstone Road and Pleasant Drive. No injuries were reported, and no citations issued.
7:59 p.m. – A disturbance call was reported and mediated in the 300 block of 33rd Street West.
11:36 p.m. – Officers assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop in the area of Ravenna Trail and 175th Street East.
November 19 10:17 a.m. – An afterthe- fact report of fraud was received by officers in the 1500 block of Forest Street. The case is under investigation.
November 20 3:03 a.m. – A report of damage to property was received and is under investigation in the 2000 block of Vermillion Street.
Accident Reports November 22 1:02 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Pine Street and 15th Street. There were no injuries and no citations issued. Drivers were Shannon Papenfuss, 46, Hastings, and Bernadette Stoffel, 88, Hastings.
4:57 p.m. – A three-vehicle crash was reported in the 1200 block of Vermillion Street. No citations were issued, and damage was minor to each vehicle. Drivers were Clara Mattson, 18, Hastings, Makella Scharpen, 34, Cannon Falls, and Leslie Keplin, 49, Hastings.
November 23 9:07 a.m. – Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Pleasant Drive and Featherstone Road. Mitchell Jon Meyer, 33, Hastings, was cited for having his windshield covered with frost obstructing his vision. Drivers were Angela Geister, 42, Prescott, and Meyer.
November 24 5:54 p.m. – A three-vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Pine Street and Highway 55. Drivers were Samantha Lawrence, 34, Hastings, Patrick Evans, 42, Hastings, and Raymond George, 22, Hastings.
