November 23rd 3:25 a.m. Hastings Police located a parked vehicle with expired registration in the 100 block of Sandpiper Circle. The registered owner of the vehicle was issued a citation for failure to display current license tabs. 6:44 a.m. Officers received an after the fact theft report from the 900 block of Spiral Boulevard. There are no suspects at this time.

8:26 a.m. Officer took a theft report from the 1300 block of N. Frontage Road.

9:46 a.m. Officers received a theft on the 2700 block of Millard Avenue. The case is under investigation.

11:01 a.m. Officers were sent to the 100 block of 2nd Street West for a damage to property report. Officers observed someone damaged a vehicle while trying to remove the catalytic converter from the vehicle. 12:12 p.m. Officers received an after the fact theft report of Merchandise from Walmart- 1752 N Frontage Road. The incident is under investigation. 1:32 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of 18th Street West regarding a damage to property report. Approximately $850 was damaged to the vehicle. Under investigation.

1:33 p.m. Officers received a report of a civil matter, upon arrival, officers mediated. The reporting party requested a formal report documenting what had taken place.

1:41 p.m. Officers received an after the fact theft report from the 1900 block of Sierra Drive.

3:40 p.m. Officers received an after the fact theft report from 1285 Nininger Road (Allina Clinic).

6:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of 17th Street East on a report of found hypodermic needles. The hypodermic needles were collected for disposal.

7:52 p.m. Officers located an unoccupied vehicle parked in the 2900 block of Millard with expired registration. The registered owner Juan Manuel Maravilla, 22 of Saint Paul, was issued a citation for misdemeanor- expired registration and the citation was left with the parked vehicle.

November 24th 4:41 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of 4th Street East for a medical. Two patients were transported.

5:33 a.m. Officers received a damage to property report in the 400 block of 7th Street East.

5:57 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Forest Street for an after the fact theft.

6:15 a.m. Officers assisted Dakota County Sheriff’s Officer with an automobile accident at the intersection of 200th Street and Ravenna Trail. 12:01 p.m. Officers received an identify theft report from the 1400 block of 21st Street W. There are no known suspects at this time.

1:34 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of 31st Street W for a past action motor vehicle theft. The case is under investigation.

6:26 p.m. Officers handled a harassment incident in the 100 block of 4th Street West.

November 25th 8:26 a.m. Officers took custody of two found bikes at the Vets Ballpark.

9:14 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of 18th Street regarding a warrant arrest. Officers located Howard Daniel Zablo, 41 of Aurora, for an active felony- probation violation warrant, he was placed under arrest and booked at Dakota County Jail.

12:31 p.m. Officers assisted another agency in the 200 block of 4th St. E.

1:51 p.m. Officers took a theft from vehicle report in the 2900 block of Enterprise Ave. No suspects.

2:04 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of North Frontage Road regarding a suspicious act. After further investigation, it was determined the individual would be trespassed.

8:15 p.m. Officers responded to a damage to property complaint in the 3200 block of Vermillion Street. After investigation John William Moeller, age 29 of Lake Saint Croix, was cited for 4th degree criminal damage to property.

9:25 p.m. Officers responded to a property damage vehicle accident involving a deer at 18th and Ravenna Trail. After investigation, a state accident report was completed, and the vehicle was towed.

10:06 p.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Robert Street in West St. Paul. After investigation, the driver Queton Lavone Teetzel, 27 of St. Paul, was cited for driving after revocation.

November 26th 2:09 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area if Highway 61 and Spiral View Loop, officers confirmed the identity of the driver who was found to have an outstanding gross misdemeanor warrant. Deleon Nathan Mc-Clain, 26 of Hastings. Was booked into Dakota County Jail on the warrant.

9:53 a.m. Online report from citizen of motor vehicle theft.

8:33 p.m. Officers responded to the area of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Road for a driving complaint. A traffic stop was conducted at Vermillion and 10th Street W. Officers mediated the situation.

November 27th 1:28 a.m. An officer-initiated traffic stops on a vehicle at the 1400 block of Vermillion Street. The driver Matthew Staffanson, 19 of Maple Plain, was cited for driving after revocation.

3:01 a.m. An officer assisted Dakota County Deputies on a traffic stop at 10th Street East and Vermillion Street.

9:38 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the area of Westview Drive and Pleasant Drive regarding two young children not dressed for the weather. The parents were later located and reunited with their kids.

11:02 a.m. Officers responded to 1300 block of Rosemary Court on found property.

7:57 p.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Vermillion Street and 10th Street E. The passenger Jaden Washington, 18 of Hastings, was cited for possession of an open container in a vehicle.

9:21 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Vermillion Street and 10th Street East. After investigation Robert Lee Pruitt, age 29 of Saint Paul, was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.

10:36 p.m. An officer initiated a traffic stop at the 3300 block of Vermillion Street. The driver Abby French, 24 of Hastings, was taken into custody for a Washington County warrant.

November 28th 3:30 a.m. Officers responded to an address in the 2400 block of Vermillion Street to investigate some suspicious circumstances. The individuals involved were located, and the situation was mediated.

11:12 a.m. Online citizen report of lost property.

7:25 p.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop in a vehicle on 160th Street near the intersection of Galaxy Avenue in Lakeville. After investigation, the driver Kevin Alexander Zetino, age 20 of Farmington, was cited for expired registration.

November 29th 2:01 a.m. Officers received a report of a DANCO violation in the 2400 block of Vermillion Street. After investigation, the case will be sent to the prosecutor’s office for review.

10:33 a.m. Officers conducted a check welfare.

5:57 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 2400 block of Vermillion Street. This matter was mediated.

Accident Report

November 30th 9:06 p.m. I, officer Vomastek, was dispatched to the intersection of Pine St. and 4th St. W. in regard to a vehicle accident. Dispatch advised no one was injured.

December 1st 10:16 a.m. Officer took a hit and run report from the 1000 block of Lyn Way.
