December 7th 2:58 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ramsey Street and 5th Street West. After investigation, Daryale Donte Harris, 25 of Saint Paul, was cited for driving after revocation.

5:17 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Vermillion and 14th Street; the driver was arrested for a warrant then released when the originating jurisdiction did not want him taken into custody.

10:54 a.m. Hastings officers responded to the 1300 block of Frontage Rd. South on an after the fact fraud. Reported loss is $51.70.

2:42 p.m. Officer took a theft from vehicle report from the 800 block of 9th St. W.

4:56 p.m. Officers were sent to the 300 block of 33rd Street West and assisted on a medical situation.

7:55 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 10th Street East and Progress Drive. After investigations David Joseph Brose, 45 of Saint Paul, was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving after revocation.

December 8th 8:22 a.m. Officers were notified of a fraud incident which occurred on 12-7-2020. The fraud involved the purchase of gift cards. There are no suspects.

9:40 a.m. Officer assisted with a civil matter/ suspicious act from the 1600 block of Vermillion St.

12:04 p.m. Officers responded to a medical in the 200 block of 4th St. E. A stolen firearm was located at the scene. The case has been forwarded to the prosecution for review.

5:29 p.m. Officers assisted Cottage Grove Police Department with an investigation on the 2000 block of Yellowstone Drive.

7:06 p.m. Officers spoke to a reporting party about circumstances in the city of Hastings.

9:05 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of HWY 55 and General Sieben Dr. Officers investigated the traffic stop and cited Jeffrey C. Patterson, 32 of Mendota Heights, for driving after revocation, no proof of insurance, and expired registration.

11:16 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Vermillion Street near the intersection of 25th Street for a speed violation. After investigation the drive Caesar Ignacio Larios Pinones, 33 of Hastings, was arrested for driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

December 9th 12:43 a.m. Officers located an abandoned vehicle that was blocking an intersection on the 600 block of Kendall Drive. The vehicle was towed.

2:04 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Pine Street and 17th Street West. After investigations Michael Garrison Munger, 35 of Hastings, was arrested for gross misdemeanor – DWI.

7:23 a.m. Officers were notified of theft from motor vehicles in the 1900 block of Maple Street.

10:47 a.m. I (OFC. Bukkila #1429) responded to a delayed crash report. Jaime Ruelas Orozco, 39 of Hastings, was cited for no insurance.

11:48 a.m. Officers conducted a check welfare.

12:15 p.m. Officers observed a person driving a car whom they knew had a revoked license. Before the officer was able to stop the vehicle, the driver parked the vehicle in a driveway and walked inside a home. The driver Nathan Cysiewski, 40 of Hastings, was issued a citation which was left on the windshield of the vehicle after he refused to answer the door.

12:51 p.m. Officers were sent to the 600 block of Westview Drive for a weapons complaint. Officers cited a juvenile male with disorderly conduct.

4:17 p.m. Hastings officers responded to the 1200 block of South Frontage Rd. on a past action forgery/ counterfeiting incident.

5:30 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of Florence St, for an assault report. It is under investigation.

6:06 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 1700 block of North Frontage Road. The driver Delmy Yannette Flores, 34 of Cottage Grove, was issued a citation of driving after suspension.

7:01 p.m. Officers were dispatched to check an individual’s welfare on the 1100 block of Sibley Street.

8:33 p.m. Officers responded to KWIK Trip (1630 Vermillion street) to check on the welfare of an individual.

December 10th 9:14 a.m. Officers entered found property into HPD evidence for safekeeping.

12:20 p.m. Officers conducted a death investigation.

1:03 p.m. Officer took a damage to property report from the 1800 block of Vermillion St. 1:06 p.m. Officers were notified of suspicious circumstances in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.

3:55 p.m. Officer took a theft report.

4:07 p.m. I, Officer Weid, responded to Red Wing Boulevard and Tiffany Drive for a motor vehicle property damage accident. No injuries reported, no citations issued.

6:39 p.m. I, Officer Walser was dispatched to an accident with no injuries at the intersection of River Street and 4th Street W.

11:27 p.m. Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of 10th Street East for speeding. After investigation, the officer located a controlled substance that was collected to be destroyed.

December 11th 10:32 a.m. Officers were called to the 1200 block of Westview Drive for an assault report. There is a suspect, and the case is under investigation.

1:09 p.m. Officers took a property damage report in the 2200 block of Vermillion St.

5:35 p.m. Officers investigated a theft in the 1700 block of Frontage Rd. North. An unknown subject took about $90.00 in property.

December 12th 3:40 a.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at Ravenna Trail and Glendale Road. The driver James Hollman, of Minneapolis, was taken into custody for driving after cancelled IPS, no proof of insurance, and expired registration.

8:44 a.m. Officers were called to the 900 block of 19th St. W. for a medical call. A male was found deceased.

3:04 p.m. Officers responded to a one vehicle accident in the 400 block of 7th St. W. No injuries reported and no citations issued.

3:38 p.m. Officers were called to a suspicion at 4th St. W. and Eddy St. Allen Michael Nelson, 28, was arrested for several Minnesota warrants and false name.

December 13th 11:32 a.m. Officers were called to the 300 block of Sibley St. for a theft report. Tools were taken from a vehicle parked in the city lot. No suspects.

9:32 p.m. Officers responded to the area of Three Rivers Drive for a suspicion call. Officers investigated the situation.

9:36 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop neat the intersection of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Road. After investigation John Paul Secrest, 44 of Minneapolis, was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.

10:17 p.m. Officers responded to a harassment complaint in the 300 block of Hayes Drive. The incident is under investigation.
