Officers were dispatched to a report of damaged property and theft from a motor vehicle in the 2500 block of Millard Ave. The incident is under investigation.

10:30 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 block of Pleasant Dr. After investigation, the passenger, Gavin Kurschner, 25 of Hastings, was arrested for a felony Dakota County probation violation warrant. June 1 7:04 a.m.

A vehicle was towed from a posted no parking area near the intersection of Sibley St. and 4th St. Carter J. Biermaier, 20 of Hastings, was cited for no parking.

7:49 a.m.

Officers responded to the 700 block of Williams Dr. on a theft from vehicle report. Tools were taken in the theft.

9:54 a.m.

An animal complaint was taken in the 800 block of 10th St. E. at the Hastings dog park.

12:13 p.m.

A damage to property report was taken in the 100 block of 3rd St. after observing Hastings PD property was damaged.

4:29 p.m.

A report of a past action property damage incident was taken in the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. The incident is under investigation.

4:51 p.m.

Found drug paraphernalia was picked up in the 300 block of 2nd St. E. The item was destroyed.

7:43 p.m.

Found property was received. The owner was not located, and the property was entered into evidence for safekeeping.

8:08 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the intersection of 12th St. W. and Pine St. on a property damage accident. No injuries and no citations were issued.

June 2 9:30 a.m.

Officers assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop in the area of Hwy. 55 and Pleasant Dr.

12:00 p.m.

A vehicle was stopped in the 900 block of 10th St. E. for a traffic violation. Janell S. Demuth-Clos, 40 of Red Wing, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

12:43 p.m.

Officers responded to the 200 block of 33rd St. for a found wallet.

1:24 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft from the 1200 block of Vermillion St. An unknown subject stole one license plate valued at $25.

4:50 p.m.

Officers were called to the 1100 block of Oak St. for a lost dog report.

7:46 p.m.

Suspicious activity was investigated in the 1900 block of Louis Ln.

8:47 p.m.

Officers assisted Burnsville Police Department and arrested Darrin A. Krenz, 55 of Burnsville, for an active KOPS Alert.

June 3 12:20 a.m.

Officers responded to the 100 block of 23rd St. W. on a report of suspicious activity. After investigation, officers arrested Timothy A. Chambers, 22 of Prescott, for possession of stolen property, possession of ammunition by an ineligible person and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:31 a.m.

Officers responded to the 800 block of 2nd St. on a report of an abandoned vehicle with no plates. The vehicle was towed.

3:24 p.m.

Officers took a report of a stolen catalytic converter in the 300 block of 2nd St. E.

4:00 p.m.

Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Meggan Dr. and Michael Ln. After investigating, officers sighted Alex G. Stromberg, 54 of Hastings, for disorderly conduct.

6:55 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft from the 200 block of 21st St. E. Approximately $4,000 in value was taken. No suspect information.

7:56 p.m.

Officers received a theft report in the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. The incident is under investigation.

10:17 p.m.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1300 block of Lincoln Ln. After investigation, Cody L. Christian, 24 of Brooklyn Park, was arrested for numerous active warrants.

11:51 p.m.

Officers investigated a damage to property report in the 300 block of 15th St. E. The estimated value damaged was $100. No suspects.

June 4 3:18 a.m.

Officers stopped out with a female near the 100 block of 2nd St. Michelle M. Schlegel, 53 of Hastings, was arrested on two warrants.

7:09 a.m.

Officers were sent to the area of Tuttle Dr. and Red Wing Blvd. for a theft. Officers are investigating.

7:15 a.m.

Officers were called to the 1700 block of King Midas Ln. for a damage to property report. A house was spray painted with graffiti. No suspects.

7:41 a.m.

A theft from vehicle report was taken in the 1300 block of S. Frontage Rd. No suspects.

8:46 a.m.

Officers were called to the 20 block of Meggan Dr. for a harassment complaint. A trespass was issued.

3:27 p.m.

Officers assisted another agency with an investigation in the area of Pine St. and 2nd St. W.

5:10 p.m.

Officers responded to a single vehicle accident in the 1100 block of Nininger Rd. After investigating, Richard M. Labey, 28 of Hastings, was arrested for 4th Degree DWI, driving after suspension and texting while driving.

6:48 p.m.

An officer responded to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. for a theft report. The case is under investigation.

7:23 p.m.

A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1600 block of Vermillion St. This incident is still under investigation.

9:39 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of Nininger Rd. to assist Pierce County.

10:27 p.m.

Officers responded to a theft near the 1700 block of Frontage Rd. The incident is under investigation.

11:36 p.m.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Olive St. for an assault report. The incident is under investigation.

June 5 7:34 a.m.

Officers assisted the Dakota County Sheriff’s Department by locating a vehicle involved in a driving complaint. After investigation, officers placed Diego Parga-Rosales, 27 of St. Paul, under arrest for driving after cancellation and numerous warrants.

8:25 p.m.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of 4th St. E. After investigation, Cody R. Brown, 29 of Hastings, was arrested for trespassing.

10:59 p.m.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle in the area of Bahls Dr. and S. Frontage Rd. The driver, Brandon Klein, 46 of Hastings, was taken into custody for his Dakota County warrant and also charged with 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance. The passenger, Crystal Kaiserlik, 41 of Pine City, was taken into custody for her Pine County warrant.

11:38 p.m.

Officers responded to a drunkenness complaint in the 1200 block of Sibley St. The incident was documented and mediated by officers on scene.

June 6 11:25 a.m.

Officers responded to the area of Vermillion St. and 9th St. regarding a two-vehicle accident. Dispatch advised a motorcycle and a van had struck each other and there were no apparent injuries. 2:03 p.m.

Officers received information regarding a fraud which occurred in the 300 block of Whispering Ln.

5:03 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of 4th St. W. on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers investigated and cited both James L. Bowers, 55 of Hastings, and Justin M. Bowers, 32 of Hastings, for disorderly conduct. Justin Bowers had an active warrant and was taken into custody for the Dakota County warrant.

6:18 p.m.

A theft report was taken from the 400 block of Vermillion St. The incident is under investigation.

7:26 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of N. Frontage Rd. regarding vandalism. An unknown person caused $20 worth of damage. 10:46 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 18th St. W. and Walnut St. regarding a motor vehicle accident with no injuries. The case is under investigation.
