June 7

3:48 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the 300 block of 15th St W. The driver, Zalatia Natalie Swanson, 23, of International Falls was cited for driving after cancellation and failure to provide proof of insurance.

4:00 a.m. Hastings officers were requested by the Mendota Heights Police Department to assist with a traffic stop located near the intersection of 35E and Hwy 62. Hastings officers utilized their K9 and located the driver of a stolen vehicle that fled from Richfield Police.

12:00 p.m. Officers received a threats report via text message. Two parties mad a civil agreement over property and one party had not received his items and sent a text message that the reporting party found to be threatening. No charges.

12:53 p.m. Officers responded to the area of 9th St. E and Ramsey St. on the report of a two vehicle accident. No injuries and no citations issued.

1:52 p.m. An officer took a report of a possible fraudulent seller on Ebay. After Investigating it appeared to be more of a civil matter and there was no reporting financial loss to the reporting party. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Bahls Drive.

2:51 p.m. Officer took a vehicle theft report from the 1200 block of 14th St. W. Under investigation.

3:31 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of 2nd St E on an after the fact property damage report. A vehicle was damaged over a two-week period.

4:35 p.m. Officer took a suspicious activity report in the

1300 block of S. Frontage Rd. The incident is under investigation.

June 8

8:25 a.m. Hastings Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Maple St. on a Theft Report. Items were taken from a vehicle.

11:15 a.m. Officers were informed of a person that was presenting themselves as a licensed contractor after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from the state of MN. Under investigation.

12:37 p.m. Officers responded to Radford Rd on a report of a trespassing incident. Officers responded and the male suspect had already left the scene. The case is under investigation.

2:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of 10th St. E on a report of an after the fact counterfeiting incident.

2:50 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Eddy St. on and after the fact theft report for stolen fishing gear.

8:33 p.m. Officer assisted another agency on a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Tr and Glendale Rd.

June 9

6:46 a.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of Westview Dr to look for a stolen vehicle from another county. The vehicle was located and Super, Gunner Lee, 18, of Hastings was arrested for felony Possession of Stolen Property and various felony drug charges. Super was booked into jail.

1:34 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of 6th St. W. on a theft of a license plate.

4:13 p.m. Officer took an identity theft report from the

1300 block of Westview Dr. No Suspect information.

June 10

9:38 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash with no injuries. Haley Lynn Flipp, 22, of Hastings was cited for no insurance.

1:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 1300 block of S. Frontage Road for a vehicle vs sign accident.

4:22 p.m. Officers responded to the 100 block of 10th St. E for a counterfeit bill.

June 11

2:19 a.m. Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at the

1500 block of Vermillion St. The Driver, Marius Heard, 53, of St. Paul, was cited for driving after suspension. The passenger, Tanotra Bell, 41, of St. Paul, was cited for possession of an open container in a motor vehicle.

5:59 a.m. Officers were notified of a tampering with a motor vehicle incident which occurred in the 1100 block of Park Ln. The incident occurred during the overnight hours.

9:43 a.m. Officers responded to city hall on report of a found wallet. Wallet was returned to its owner.

10:11 a.m. Online report of motor vehicle tampering received from a citizen.

10:12 a.m. Officers were notified of a burglary in the 2200 block of Brooke Ln.

1:37 p.m. Officer Weid responded to Hwy 55 and S. Frontage Rd. for a motor vehicle property damage accident. No citations were issued based on the minor damage estimated to be under $1,000

3:31 p.m. Officers assisted a citizen in the 200 block of 4th St. E and issued a trespass notice.

4:10 p.m. Officers took a damage to property report in the

1300 block of Maple St. No Suspects.

5:22 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Vermillion St. on a report of a Disturbance. Kristina Marie Schultz, 39, of Hastings, was arrested for fifth degree assault and interfering with a 911 call.

7:38 p.m. Officers responded to a suspicion call in the

200 block of 2nd St. E. After investigation, Carl Andrew Litschke, 44, of Hastings, was arrested for active warrants.

8:38 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of Park Ct. for a theft report. There are no suspects in this case and the case was moved to inactive.

9:45 p.m. An officer initiated a traffic on a vehicle in the area of 31st St. W. near Olson Drive. The driver, Nathan Weis, 42, of Hastings, was taken into custody for third degree driving while intoxicated.

11:19 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Vermillion St. After investigation, Scipio Sextus Maximus Royale, 50, of Rochester, was arrested for an active Hennepin County warrant.

June 12

2:38 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Vermillion St. for speed. After investigation, the driver, Randy Lee West, 55, was found to be impaired and was arrested for DWI.

5:48 p.m. Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance in the 1100 block of Vermillion St. The incident was documented on scene.

8:07 p.m. An officer responded to the 100 block of Sandpiper Cir for a fraud report. Officers investigated and the case is under investigation.

June 13

3:52 a.m. An officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Vermillion St. near 21st St. W. The driver, Gregory Lee, 40, of Burnsville, was taken into custody for fourth degree driving while intoxicated.

9:06 a.m. Officers took a theft from vehicle report in the

500 block of Westview Dr. No suspects.

11:37 a.m. Officers began an investigation into a registered predatory offender who was potentially non-compliant. Under Investigation.

1:25 p.m. An incident was mediated in the 1800 block of

13th St. W.

8:42 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Todd Way for an assault report.Officers investigated the situation.

9:20 pm. Officers took a lost property report on the 400 block of Lock and Dam Road. An iPhone with a glittery case was lost in the area.
