February 6 3:15 a.m. – An animal call was received in the 500 block of Spiral Boulevard. A dog was brought to the Riverbluff Humane Society.
6:25 p.m. – Hope Elaine Kennsingten, 48, was arrested for DWI, driving while cancelled IPS, obstructing the legal process, assault, and two counts of assault on a Police Officer when officers responded to a driving complaint in the 1300 block of South Frontage Road.
February 7 7:43 a.m. – A two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported at the intersection of 4th Street and Pleasant Drive. No citations were issued.
9:31 a.m. – Anthony James Lepean, 38, Hastings, was arrested for DWI when officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 2600 block of Yellowstone Drive.
10:05 a.m. – A motor vehicle accident was reported at the corner of 18th Street and Ravenna Trail.
5:18 p.m. – A motor vehicle crash was reported in the 1000 block of 11th Street West.
7:29 p.m. – Christopher L. Duray, 34, Hastings, was cited for misdemeanor theft when a past action theft was investigated in the 1700 block of North Frontage Road.
11:46 p.m. – A report of a possible domestic was received in the 100 block of Florence Street. After investigation, no one was charged with a crime at this time.
February 8 10:06 a.m. – A report of suspicious circumstances is under investigation in the 700 block of South Oaks Drive.
February 9 10:19 a.m. – A vehicle was impounded in the 1200 block of Walnut Street.
3:40 p.m. – Alexander Peterson, 22, Roberts, was arrested for felony threats of violence and misdemeanor possession of a switchblade knife when officers were dispatched to a domestic-related incident in the 1000 block of Tyler Street.
7:47 p.m. – A report of a loose dog is under investigation in the 300 block of Cari Park Lane.
8:41 p.m. – Niko D. Greenwood, 33, Hastings, was arrested for felony criminal damage to property after officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Westview Drive regarding a disturbance.
February 10 10:42 a.m. – Jonathan Tipton, 31, Hastings, was issued a citation for theft when a report of a past action theft was received in the 1600 block of Vermillion Street.
3:11 p.m. – The Saint Paul Bomb Squad responded to the 1300 block of Tyler Street when a report of a suspicious device was received by the Hastings Police.
3:41 p.m. – A report of suspicious circumstances is under investigation in the 100 block of 3rd Street East.
5:14 p.m. – A report of a domestic disturbance was received in the 1200 block of Ashland Street.
6:48 p.m. – A adult male was trespassed from the Cub Foods Store in the 1700 block of Market Boulevard after a report was received of a possible shoplifting.
February 11 8:30 a.m. – Officers attempted to locate a vehicle after it was taken without permission from the 1800 block of Maple Street.
5:58 p.m. – A suspicion report is under investigation in 1 block of Amelia Avenue.
February 12 12:07 a.m. – James Cilek, 51, Eagan, was arrested for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI and driving after revocation warrant out of Washington County during a traffic stop near the 600 block of 10th Street East.
10:06 a.m. – A report of a disturbance is under investigation in the 200 block of Tyler Street.
10:37 p.m. – A recovered property report was received in the 800 block of Tyler Street. Accident Report February 17 2:41 p.m. – A two-vehicle accident was reported near 15th Street West and Pine Street. Drivers were Janet K. Cleary, 74, Prescott, and Kailyn J. Gernes, 19, Hastings.
