February 1st 7:29 a.m. Officer were informed of a service of a trespass notice. This case file was created for documentation purposes.
10:57 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop near the 7300 block of 153rd St. W. in Apple Valley. Miguel Garcia Salas, 28 of Apple Valley, was cited for expired registration.
1:28 p.m. HPD was notified of a long term theft investigation that took place in the 200 block of 33rd St. W. HPD is currently investing the case.
2:32 p.m. Officers responded to a theft report on the 1000 block of Lyn Way.
February 2nd 9:53 a.m. Officers took an identity theft report in the 10 block of Shannon Drive.
2:11 p.m. Officers were sent to the 1700 block of North Frontage Road for a theft report. Officers are investigating.
2:20 p.m. Officers assisted a subject in the 500 block of Pleasant Dr.
8:29 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Cannon Street for a fire related call. After investigations, Danielle Monique Kelsey, 33 of St. Paul, was arrested for multiple felony and gross misdemeanor warrants.
February 3rd 8:09 a.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Vermillion St. and issued Wilhelmina Amber Schluessler, 22 of South St. Paul, a ticket for expired registration.
9:16 a.m. Officers took a check fraud call in the 500 block of 5th St. W.
1:49 p.m. Officers responded to a two vehicle crash in the 200 block of 33rd St. W. There were no injuries or citations written.
3:00 p.m. Officers observed a female with a warrant in an alley behind the 300 block of 2nd Street East. Genny Patricia Johnson, 30, was arrested for an active department of Corrections warrant.
6:27 p.m. An officer took a theft report from the 1300 block of Frontage Road. The victim later located the property that was reported stolen.
6:31 p.m. Officers investigated a dog bite in the 200 block of Tiffany Drive.
6:43 p.m. An officer responded to the 2800 block of 4th Street E. for a suspicious vehicle. Christian Kielkopf, 22 of St. Paul, was cited for parking an RV on a city street.
9:18 p.m. An officer took a theft report from the 100 block of 5th St. W. There are no suspects.
11:45 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of 4th Street East for a disturbance. Officers investigated the situation. Officers were able to mediate the situation.
February 4th 2:45 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 10th Street East and Vermillion Street. After investigation Joshua Michael Meier, 27 of Maplewood, was cited for driving after suspension.
4:26 a.m. Hastings Officers assisted the Dakota County Drug Task Force with a search warrant near the 800 block of 10th St. W.
8:17 a.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of 4th Street East regarding a report of a CSC that occurred in another jurisdiction.
1:40 p.m. Officers were sent to the 800 block of Oak Street for an intoxicated person. Officers provided assistance.
3:18 p.m. Officers made a warrant arrest in the 2900 block of Commerce Dr. Juan Manuel Maravilla, 23 of St. Paul, was arrested.
4:13 p.m. Officers were notified of an identity theft incident involving a citizens information being fraudulently used.
5:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Vermillion St. in regard to a theft. An unknown suspect stole about $1400.00 in property.
9:45 p.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop at the 1500 block of Vermillion Street. During the course of the traffic stop officers learned the trailer the vehicle was towing was stolen. Raymond Norton, 30 of Red Wing, was taken into custody for possession of stolen property.
10:50 p.m. Officers mediated a civil dispute in the 1400 block of 4th Street West.
11:52 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 23rd St. and Vermillion. Kelly Kay Czeck, 43 of West St. Paul, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance and expired registration.
February 5th 1:35 a.m. Officers responded to the 1600 block of Vermillion Street for a theft in progress. Officer later located the suspect near Pine Street and 15th Street W. Alexander Collins, 25 of Cambridge, was cited for theft.
4:52 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Vermillion and 17th St. The incident is under investigation.
11:11 a.m. Officers assisted another agency on the 1200 block of Honeysuckle Lane.
11:36 a.m. Officers responded to a medical in the 200 block of 7th St. E.
12:15 p.m. An officer located an individual in the 100 block of 2nd Street West that was believed to have a warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Spencer Karl Ritt, 31 of Hastings, was arrested for a warrant out of the state of Montana.
3:00 p.m. Officers took a damage to property report in the 1400 block of 4th St. W.
5:44 p.m. Officer responded to the area of 4th Street E. and Vermillion Street for an accident. No injuries reported and no citations issued.
9:15 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of 18th St. E. Lloyd James Rosenau, 48 of Hastings, was arrested for a apprehension and detention order.
10:15 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 18th Street East and Vermillion Street. After investigations Bertrand Zih Kum, 35 of Mahtomedi, was issued a misdemeanor citation for expired registration.
February 6th 10:21 a.m. Officer stopped Kelvin Nagbe, 25 of Brooklyn Park, was cited for driving after suspension.
February 7th 1:24 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of HWY 61 and County Road 10. Officers investigated the traffic stop and cited Timothy A. Chambers, 22 of Prescott WI, for driving without a valid license.
3:35 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of 18th St. W. in regards to a medical. One patient was transported to the hospital.
1:42 p.m. Officer picked up a container of found drugs and paraphernalia.
2:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 1700 block of South Frontage Rd on a disturbance call. Male parties were reportedly pounding on the callers door. Officers arrived and checked the area and everyone had left. After officers left, the reporting party had a window broken on his car. He wished to file a damage to property report.
