May 10 4:41 a.m.

Officers were called to the 100 block of 9th St. W. for a disturbance. It was mediated by officers on scene and documented for information purposes.

9:48 a.m.

Officers took a theft report in the 500 block of Whispering Ln. The theft occurred sometime in the previous five months. There were no suspects at the time.

1:14 p.m.

A report of aggressive dogs in the dog park was received from the 800 block of 10th St. E. 2:21 p.m.

Officers were sent to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. following a report of a male trying to sell marijuana. Prior to arrival, officers were told a hand-to-hand transaction had taken place. Upon arrival, the suspect was located. A confession to the sale of marijuana was received. Julian A. Glasper, 25 of Minneapolis, was cited for the sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana.

May 11 1:01 a.m.

A disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Vermillion St. The situation was investigated. There was insufficient evidence to establish probable cause a crime was committed. The situation was mediated.

1:56 p.m.

A two-vehicle accident was reported near the intersection of General Sieben Dr. and N. Frontage Rd. Citations were issued to Claudia Y. Lopez Ramos, 35 of Oakdale for driving after suspension and no insurance and Gerald J. Reuter, 76 of Hastings for failure to yield.

9:23 p.m.

A theft report was taken that occurred near the 1500 block of Vermillion St. The incident is under investigation.

May 12 1:03 a.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. The incident was documented.

8:25 a.m.

Officers were notified of an identity theft incident in the 600 block of 31st St. W. There are no suspects.

12:04 p.m.

Adam J. Freiermuth, 31 of Hastings, was arrested in the 200 block of Sibley St. for active Dakota County warrants.

5:44 p.m.

An officer responded to the 500 block of River St. for a civil matter. The matter is under investigation.

8:30 p.m.

Officers responded to the 300 block of 6th St. W. for a warrant service. Tina Seekon, 40 of Hastings, was taken into custody for her Dakota County warrant.

9:42 p.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the 1400 block of Ravenna Tr. David T. Stelton, 29 of Milltown, WI, was cited for driving after revocation and failure to carry proof of insurance.

10:46 p.m.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle at the intersection of 2nd St. and Sibley St. The driver, James Nikolaisen, 52 of Farmington, was cited for use of tampered plates.

May 13 10:34 a.m.

A dog bite report was taken in the 2500 block of Yellowstone Dr. The bite did not break the skin.

11:50 a.m.

A report of potential financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult was taken in the 1200 block of 15th St. W. Upon investigation, there was insufficient information a crime had occurred. The incident was documented as information.

1:00 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of Whispering Ct. for a medical related call.

1:47 p.m.

Officers responded to a medical call near the intersection of Pine St. and 7th St.

5:53 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. for a theft in progress. After investigation, Eric Soulier, 49 of Hastings, was issued a citation for misdemeanor theft and released at the scene.

May 14 12:07 a.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the 1400 block of Vermillion St. The driver, Christopher David, 50 of Cloquet, was arrested for a Hennepin County warrant and driving with a canceled IPS status.

7:31 a.m.

An officer took a found dog and dog bite report in the 600 block of 31st St. The dog was transported to the humane society. 9:38 a.m.

An identity theft report was taken from the 600 block of 35th St. W. No suspects were known and there was no financial loss reported. 3:15 p.m.

A theft report was taken in the 2000 block of Highview Knoll. There were no suspects at the time the report was taken. 4:08 p.m.

An officer responded near the intersection of Red Wing Blvd. and Vermillion St. for a two-vehicle crash.

8:14 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Vermillion St. and 16th St. The driver, Natalie Spindler, 30 of Shoreview, was issued a citation for driving with a suspended license and expired motor vehicle registration.

9:19 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Vermillion St. and 8th St. The driver, Tucker Duffy, 22 of Hastings, was cited for expired motor vehicle registration.

11:54 p.m.

An officer responded to the 2200 block of Cannon St. to deal with a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival, the officer investigated the claim and Noah M. McPherson, 41 of Hastings, was cited for a city loud noise ordinance.

May 15 8:00 a.m.

Officers assisted in a neighbor dispute in the 100 block of Zweber Ln. A report was created due to the lengthy history of ongoing issues. No criminal activity took place.

9:22 a.m.

A burglary and damage to property report was taken in the 600 block of 6th St. W. The incident is under investigation.

9:43 a.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of 4th St. W. for an ordinance violation. After investigating, David L. Mulliner, 62 of Hastings, was cited for discharge of firearm/ explosives-fireworks.

12:19 p.m.

A hit-and-run report was taken from 2nd St. W. There were no suspects.

May 16 1:36 a.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the 1100 block of Vermillion St. The driver, Jeffrey Carlson, 38 of St. Paul, was issued a citation for expired motor vehicle registration tabs. 4:13 a.m.

A suspicion call was taken from the 1400 block of Vermillion St. After investigation, Brendon Simonette, 34 of Red Wing, was issued a citation for misdemeanor damage to property.

5:06 a.m.

Officers responded to the 3200 block of Vermillion St. for an assault in progress. It was reported a male had been attacked with a tire iron.

7:51 p.m.

A check welfare was requested near the intersection of 31st St. and Lester Ave. The driver, Samantha Kaase, 32 of Hastings, was arrested for 3rd Degree Driving Under the Influence and 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.
