5:15 a.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the 900 block of Vermilion St. After investigation, two passengers were arrested. Doua Vang, 33 of St. Paul was arrested for felony possession of stolen property, misdemeanor possession of stolen property and a felony Ramsey County warrant for possession of burglary tools. Ntxoo Vang, 31 of St. Paul was arrested for a felony Ramsey County warrant for possession of burglary tools.

7:54 a.m. A traffic stop was conducted in the area of Red Wing Blvd. and Tiffany Dr. Joseph M. Prantner, 38 of Red Wing was cited for driving after revocation.

10:10 a.m. Police received a suspicious communication. The information was documented and forwarded to another agency as information. 12:37 p.m. A suspicious act was investigated in the 1200 block of Sibley St.

2:32 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 10th St. E. and Progress Dr. After investigation, Daniel J. Kukuk, 34 of River Falls, WI was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.

3:18 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Frontage Rd. N. on a theft call. Scott L. Hinck, 54 of Eagan was cited for misdemeanor theft.

7:20 p.m.

A theft report from the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. was received. During the investigation, the officer located the stolen cellphone. The case is under investigation.

7:37 p.m.

A traffic stop was initiated in the 2800 block of Red Wing Blvd. Tiffany K. Eshom, 41 of Cottage Grove was cited for driving with expired vehicle registration.

10:29 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle near the intersection of Hwy. 55 and Westview Dr. After investigation, the driver, Donald N. Garcia, 10 of Red Wing was cited for having an uninsured vehicle.

March 1

1:56 p.m.

A traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of 3rd St. and Sibley St. Tony J. Hoaglund, 40 of St. Paul was cited for expired vehicle registration.

4:22 p.m.

Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Red Wing Blvd. and Tiffany Dr. Alex J. Adolph, 31 of Red Wing was cited for driving with expired vehicle registration.

4:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. for a reported hit-andrun crash. The incident is under investigation.

5:42 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of 3rd St. E. for a welfare check.

8:59 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 10th St. and Eddy St. After investigation, the driver, Stetson R. McKee, 32 of St. Paul was cited for driving after revocation. The passenger, Tonia F. Gill, 39 of Moorhead was arrested for Felony 5th Degree Drugs.

March 2

2:17 a.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Spiral Blvd. and Red Wing Blvd. After investigation the driver, Travis Decory, 41 of St. Paul was issued a citation for expired motor vehicle registration. 12:48 p.m.

A traffic stop was initiated near the intersection of 36th St. and Greten Ln. Barry M. Johnson, 41 of Hastings was cited for expired vehicle registration.

3:58 p.m.

Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Trail and Glendale Rd. A juvenile was cited for driving with expired vehicle registration.

4:45 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Vermillion St. and 14th St. After investigation, James W. Bishop, 23 of Woodbury was cited for possession of marijuana. 9:22 p.m.

Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the 100 block of 27th St. E. One suspect fled from officers and the pursuit was terminated. The case is under investigation.

9:34 p.m.

An officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1100 block of Spiral Blvd. The driver, Christopher Schaeppi, 28 of St. Paul Park was taken into custody after cancelled IPS and two warrants.

March 3

12:24 a.m.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle in the area of Hwy. 61 near Spiral View Loop. During the course of the investigation, the officer located suspected drug paraphernalia. The driver, Henry Davig, 20 of Minneapolis was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:41 a.m.

A report was taken by an officer that a dog bit another dog in January of 2022. After investigation, it was determined that no crime occurred, and the incident was documented for informational purposes.

12:39 p.m. A past-action check forgery report that had occurred in the 200 block of 33rd St. W. There were no known suspects at the time.

4:34 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Glendale Rd. and Ravenna Trail. Austin T. Walker, 38 of Hastings was cited for expired tabs.

7:04 p.m. A traffic stop was initiata ed on a vehicle in the area of 15th St. W. near Lyn Way. The driver of the vehicle pulled into a driveway and collided with a parked vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, Joseph Perry, 40 of Hastings was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving after suspension, speeding and 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled substance.

10:47 p.m. A traffic stop was performed on a vehicle in the 600 block of 10th St. E. During the course of the investigation, the officer learned the vehicle’s registration expired in 2018. The case was forwarded to the prosecution for charging considerations.

1:08 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 10th St. and Tyler St. Bee Vue, 35 of Brooklyn Park was cited for driving after revocation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:34 p.m. Officers located found property in the 100 block of 3rd St. E.

3:54 p.m. A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Hwy. 55 and Maple St. The driver, Steven Hogfoss, 46 of Hastings was arrested for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

March 5

10:03 a.m.

Officers responded to the 100 block of 33rd St. W. for report of fraud and threats. The case is under investigation.

2:21 p.m.

A report of damage to property was taken in the 700 block of Williams Dr. The case is under investigation.

2:28 p.m. A report of suspicious circumstances was taken in the 3100 block of Cory Lane. The case is under investigation.

6:16 p.m.

A theft report was taken in the 1000 block of Lyn Way. There were no known suspects at the time. 7:54 p.m.

Officers responded to a welfare check on the bridge. A vehicle was left abandoned on the side of the northbound lane of Hwy. 61. The driver was not located, and the vehicle was towed.

March 6

5:55 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to a suspicion call near the 1700 block of Market Blvd. After investigation, Kaleb W. Blackburn, 18 of Hastings was arrested for Felony 5th Degree Drug Sales, misdemeanor possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:33 p.m. Officers received a report of a stolen license plate in the 200 block of General Sieben Dr. There were no suspects at the time.
