Officers initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of River St. and 6th St. W. During the course of the traffic stop, officers learned the driver had a revoked Driver’s License. Kristen Henrickson, 29 of S. St. Paul, was cited for Driving After Revocation, Speeding and No Proof of Insurance. 2:20 a.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. After investigation, Jeffrey A. Bain, 51 of Rush City, was cited for Driving After Cancellation.

6:35 a.m.

Officers responded to the 900 block of 14th St. W. in regard to an after the fact theft. An unknown subject stole a vehicle valued at about $10,000.

11:40 a.m.

An officer conducting a traffic safety detail in W. St. Paul conducted a traffic stop for speed on Hwy. 52 near Thompson Ave. E. William A. Albert, 18 of Inver Grove Heights, was cited for Driving W/o a Driver’s License.

12:39 p.m.

An officer conducting a traffic safety detail in W. St. Paul conducted a traffic stop for speed on Hwy. 52 near Southview Blvd. Kimberly Sanchez, 22 of St. Paul, was cited for Speed, Driving After Revocation and Driving W/o Proof of Insurance. 3:55 p.m. Officers took possession of a bicycle in the 900 block of 14th St. W. 8:35 p.m.

Officers responded to the 3000 block of Malcolm Ave. for a theft report. Under investigation.

10:14 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. After investigation, Shiquita N. Rucker, 36 of St. Paul, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

10:34 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 10th St. and Vermillion St. Tyler M. Ohman, 26 of Hastings, was cited for No Proof of Insurance.

11:34 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. One female is to be charged via formal complaint for No Proof of Insurance and Driving After Revocation.

11:52 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near 10th St. and Vermillion St. Rayshawn D. Johnson, 21 of St. Paul, was arrested for a Misdemeanor Theft Warrant from Ramsey County. Devin M. Marvel, 28 of St. Cloud, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

July 14 2:03 a.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. After investigation, Damian S. Long, 35 of Minneapolis, was cited for Driving After Revocation and No Proof of Insurance.

2:30 a.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. Trish L. Henry, 47 of St. Paul, was cited for Driving After Suspension.

2:40 a.m.

A vehicle was stopped in the 2400 block of Vermillion St. for making an improper lane change and straddling lane dividers. Officers asked the operator for a valid license and the driver stated they had no identification on them. They provided a name and the date of birth did not match the physical description of the male. Officers asked for consent to search the vehicle and located a Driver’s License, which identified the male. The male had given officers a false name. The license showed he was suspended. Cha Vang, 51 of Maplewood, was cited for Driving After Suspension and Providing a False Name to a Peace Officer.

3:33 a.m.

A traffic stop was initiated in the 100 block of Tyler St. During the course of the traffic stop, officers learned the driver had a revoked license. Tyler Gibson, 30 of Hastings, was cited for Driving After Revocation and No Proof of Insurance.

8:42 a.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of 10th St. regarding a counterfeit $100 bill. An unknown person used the $100 at another location and the secondary location confirmed the bill was counterfeit.

10:54 a.m.

Officers assisted in serving a trespass notice to three people in the 800 block of 15th St. W.

12:29 p.m.

Officers were called to the 100 block of Tyler St. for a suspicious activity call.

12:38 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Vermillion St. for a counterfeit $100 bill. An unknown person used the bill to purchase items.

3:02 p.m.

Officers spoke with an individual regarding a fraudulent incident that occurred in the 1600 block of Vermillion St. The incident is under investigation.

5:44 p.m.

Officers responded to Dakota Pines Golf Club for an animal call. After investigation, Deborah M. Wagner, 62 of Hastings, was issued a citation for three counts of Misdemeanor Dog at Large. 8:03 p.m.

Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of 2nd St. E. During the course of the investigation, officers learned the driver had a revoked Driver’s License. Bryan Penrose, 34 of Hastings, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

8:17 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Progress Dr. After investigation, one adult male will be charged via formal complaint for Gross Misdemeanor No Proof of Insurance and Driving After Revocation.

9:08 p.m.

Officers located a male with a warrant near the intersection of Eddy St. and 9th St. Alexander D. Judge, 23 of Hastings, was arrested for multiple felony warrants. July 15 12:24 a.m.

Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and Glendale Rd. The driver, Hser Klay, 20 of St. Paul, was cited for No Proof of Insurance and Driving W/o a License.

1:18 a.m.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle in the 600 block of 10th St. E. During the course of the traffic stop, officers learned the driver had a revoked Driver’s License. The driver, Sabrina Green, 26 of Blaine, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

7:48 a.m.

Officers were dispatched to the area of S. Frontage Rd. and Pleasant Dr. regarding a two-vehicle accident with property damage. There were no injuries and no citations were issued. 9:48 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Walnut St. regarding a found bike. The bike was picked up and placed into evidence for safekeeping.

9:48 a.m.

Officers assisted the West Metro Drug Task Force in the 2500 block of Voyageur Pkwy. An arrestee was transported to the Dakota County Jail.

1:26 p.m.

An officer took a report of a car being struck by a grocery cart while parked in a parking lot of a business in the 200 block of 33rd St. W.

5:58 p.m.

Officers responded to the 500 block of Westview Dr. for a theft report of power tools. Under investigation.

7:55 p.m.

Officers initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 17th St. E. and Vermillion St. During the course of the traffic stop, the juvenile driver was found to be in possession of nicotine electronic delivery devices. The devices were confiscated.

July 16 10:30 a.m.

A theft report was taken from the 1500 block of Vermillion St.

Officers assisted another agency in the 3500 block of Vermillion St.

1:33 p.m.

A harassment report was taken from the 400 block of Vermillion St. Mark J. Iverson, 60 of Hastings, was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct. 2:51 p.m.

An officer took a report of a stolen bicycle from the 1300 block of 14th St. W. There are no known suspects at this time.

5:55 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of 18th St. E. for a report of theft. During investigating, officers learned that approximately $40 was taken from a wallet. Suspect information is unknown. This case is under investigation.

7:14 p.m.

Officers responded to the intersection of Red Wing Blvd. and 200th St. E. to assist Dakota County Sheriff’s Office with a twovehicle accident with injuries. 8:47 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to ta civil assist call near the 500 block of 5th St. W. Rickie T. Peterson, 52 of Hastings, was cited for Disorderly Conduct. 10:48 p.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 10th St. E. and Progress Dr. Sherita L. Williams, 33, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Vermillion St. and 9th St. Anthony C. Wadena, 47 of Newport, was cited for Driving After Revocation.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of Frontage Rd. S. on a past action counterfeit report.

3:11 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of Frontage Rd. on a suspicious activity call. It was learned a male party may have stolen items.

3:34 p.m.

Officers responded to an after the fact theft in the 800 block of General Sieben Dr. There are no suspects.

Officers served an arrest warrant in the 300 block of Whispering Ln. Cody J. Penrose, 28 of Hastings, was arrested for a Misdemeanor Dakota County warrant.

Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Vermillion St. and 7th St. Jody A. Cary, 47 of Mound, was arrested for a Felony Dakota County warrant.

Officers responded to the intersection of Ravenna Tr. and 18th St. E. for a three-vehicle accident.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of Blueberry Ln. on a found property report.

11:22 a.m.

Officers assisted Dakota County Sheriff’s Deputies with a warrant arrest in the 1500 block of Pine St. One male was detained and provided a new court date.

Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of 2nd St. E. regarding a theft. This case is under investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Vermillion St. regarding found property.

Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Glendale Rd. and Ravenna Tr. After investigating, Cerise F. Wydra, 59 of Apple Valley, was issued a citation for operating an unregistered vehicle.

A traffic stop was conducted near the 1600 block of Vermillion St. Bryan M. Penrose, 34 of Hastings, was cited for Driving After Revocation, Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance, Possession of Marijuana and Trespassing.

Officers responded to the 2100 block of Vermillion St. regarding a report of an assault. The incident is under investigation.

July 19 2:38 a.m.

A theft report was taken in the 800 block of 18th St. E.

Officers responded to Sprial View Loop for a report of a theft. Approximately $250 was taken from a wallet. The incident is under investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of 2nd St. regarding a hit and run. There are no suspects.

7:49 p.m.

Officers responded to the 600 block of South Park Ct. regarding missing property.

9:35 p.m.

Officers responded to the intersection of Hwy. 55 and Pleasant Dr. to assist State Patrol with a two-vehicle accident. Two patients were transported to Regions Hospital.

11:22 p.m.

Officers were requested to assist the South St. Paul PD with a traffic accident located at the intersection of Concord and Grand Ave. Hastings Officers utilized their K9 for a track.
