Officers responded to the 50 block of Sibley St. for a disturbance. An adult male was trespassed from a business.

10:45 p.m.

Officers located a suspicious vehicle with a KOPS Alert on it from another agency. The vehicle was impounded from the 100 block of 2nd St.

July 5 10:59 a.m.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of N. Frontage Rd. on a past-action theft call.

11:16 a.m.

Officers responded to the 3100 block of Red Wing Blvd. for a report of theft.

2:59 p.m.

Officers located Kurt M. Baker, 39 of Hastings in a vehicle and attempted to take him into custody for a felony department of corrections warrant. Baker rammed a squad car with his vehicle and fled the scene. Officers relocated Baker in the 500 block of 18th St. E. and took him into custody. Baker is to be charged via formal complaint with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, five counts of 2nd degree assault, five counts of 4th degree assault and fleeing on foot.

8:41 p.m.

Officers initiated a traffic stop near the 600 block of 10th St. E. The driver, Matthew D. Ingram, 35 of Crystal was arrested for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation – IPS and felony 5th degree drug possession. The passenger, Samantha L. Unger, 37 of Mounds View was arrested for felony 5th degree drug possession.

July 6 2:31 a.m.

A traffic stop was initiated in the 600 block of 10th St. E. During the course of the investigation, Natasha Dawson, 32 of Maplewood was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Jeffrey Dawson, 42 of Maplewood was taken into custody for 5th degree possession of a controlled substance.

12:45 p.m.

Officers took a report of fraud in the 1100 block of Woodland Dr.

July 7 12:15 p.m.

Officers responded to the 300 block of 33rd St. W. for a burglary report.

3:58 p.m.

Ellana S. Lamoreux, 32 of Hastings was cited for operating a daycare without a license in the 800 block of Bailey St.

10:15 p.m.

A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 10th St. E. and Ravenna Trail. After investigation the driver, Darnell Cox, 31 of St. Paul was arrested for gross misdemeanor false name to police, not wearing a seatbelt, obstructions, a felony Washington County warrant and a misdemeanor Dakota County warrant.

July 8 8:45 a.m.

An officer investigated a possible assault of a minor in the 1300 block of N. Frontage Rd. The incident was investigated and insufficient evidence was found to arrest the possible suspect.

3:49 p.m.

Officers responded to a past-action theft in the 400 block of 5th St. W. An unknown person stole about $900 in property.

July 9 9:06 p.m.

Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Northbridge Dr. and Pleasant Dr. Cody D. Link, 32 of Lakeville was arrested for 4th Degree DWI.

July 10 5:35 p.m.

An officer responded to suspicious circumstances involving juveniles in the 400 block of Tyler St. The situation was investigated and mediated by officers.

7:43 p.m.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of Truax Circle for a theft of a motor vehicle. After investigation, the vehicle was located. There are no known suspects at this time.

Accidents

July 8 8:02 a.m.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 15th St. W. and Ashland St. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.

July 12 7:59 a.m.

Officers responded to the intersection of Pine St. and 6th St. W. for a two-vehicle accident. One vehicle was struck, causing it to leave the roadway and damage a parked vehicle in a driveway. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.

9:46 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Vermillion St. for a driving complaint. The reporting person advised a vehicle had gone into the ditch and was all over the road. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued.

July 15 8:43 a.m.

Officers were dispatched to a vehicle off the road near Ravenna Trail and Progress Dr.

11:57 p.m.

An officer responded to the 1500 block of Vermillion St. for a hit-and-run traffic accident.

July 17 6:30 p.m.

Officers responded to a single vehicle accident near the intersection of Nininger Rd. and 2nd St. W. The incident is under investigation.
