August 1

•At around 8:16 a.m., officers responded to a damage to property report in the 1400 block of 4th St. W. A sliding glass door was damaged.

•At 6:57 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Vermillion St. after an unknown female took multiple items from a business without paying for them. The total loss of merchandise was over $100. Officers are working on identifying suspects and this case is under investigation.

August 2

•At 10:52 a.m., officers attempted warrant service on Shannon Dr. Christopher J. Jensen, 41 of Hastings was arrested for multiple Dakota County warrants.

•At 1:50 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Vermillion St. After investigation, Becky L. Chambers, 61 of Hastings was arrested for misdemeanor DWI.

August 3

• At 12:03 a.m., officers responded to a medical call in the 1400 block of Tyler St. The incident was documented by officers on scene.

•Officers responded to a road hazard call at 10:38 a.m. on Hwy. 47 near Spring St. which eventually turned into a dumping complaint. The suspect, identified as Theresa A. Salmi, 42 of Hastings, was cited for depositing of garbage or refuse on a public right-of-way or on adjacent private property.

•At 12:15 p.m., an afterthe- fact theft report was taken in the 1700 block of Market Blvd. The suspect was unknown. The case is under investigation.

•At 11:06 a.m., officers assisted Dakota County Sheriff’s Office in the 5400 block of Hampton, MN.

•Officers responded to the intersection of Bailey St. and 6th St. at 4:15 p.m. for a welfare check. After investigation, Troy A. Cann, 29 was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for having a fire in the park.

•At 5:05 p.m., officers responded to a theft report in the 1300 block of S. Frontage Rd. A dark blue bicycle was stolen from the property.

August 4

•Officers took a past action damage to property report at 9:22 a.m. which had occurred in the 300 block of 2nd St. E. There were no suspects at the time.

•At 9:30 a.m., officers responded to a theft report in the 2900 block of Red Wing Blvd. The case is under investigation.

•At 7:24 p.m., officers took a theft report from a business in the 900 block of Vermillion St. After investigation Alicia T. Emery, 32 of Roseville was cited for misdemeanor theft.

•At 10:59 p.m., officers responded to the Lake Isabel parking lot in the 800 block of 2nd St. E.

August 5

•A traffic stop was conducted at 3:18 a.m. near the intersection of 10th St. E. and Progress Dr. The passenger, Addison Xiong, 24 of St. Paul was arrested for misdemeanor 4th Degree DWI warrant out of Ramsey County.

•At 10:36 a.m., a report of damage to property was received in the 2500 block of Millard Ave.

•Officers took an identity theft report at 12:41 p.m. in the 800 block of Lyn Way. There were no suspects or financial loss.

•At 1:25 p.m., officers investigated a past-action burglary report on Meggan Dr. The incident is under investigation.

•At 7:30 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 6th St. E. and Bailey St. After investigation the driver, Bryan Thomas, 46 of Hastings was arrested for Felony 5th Degree Drug Possession. The passenger David Thomas, 35 of Hastings was arrested for a Felony St. Croix County warrant in Wisconsin for drug possession.

August 6

•A traffic stop was conducted at 1:47 a.m. near the intersection of 12th St. and Spring St. After investigation the driver, Ronald J. Negrette, 54 of Hastings was arrested for driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

•At 5:45 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of 24th St. W. for an assault report. The situation was mediated and there is no one in custody.

•At 8:59 p.m., an officer responded to the 400 block of Cari Park Ln. for a damage to property call.

•At 9:47 p.m., officers stopped out with a female near the 200 block of 33rd St. W. Analicia K. Frandrup, 38 of Prescott was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

•At 11:04 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Spiral View Loop for a suspicion call. After investigation, Michael S. Bonniewell, 32 of Hastings was issued a citation for misdemeanor tampering with a motor vehicle and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

August 7

•At 11:15 a.m. a theft report was taken from the 100 block of 2nd St. E. Upon investigation, Robert Dreher, 55 of Hastings was cited for misdemeanor theft of services.

Accident Reports August 4

•Officers took a past-action hit-and-run report at 3:00 p.m., which occurred in the area of Hwy. 61 and Spiral View Loop. No suspects were known at the time.

•At 3:15 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1300 block of S. Frontage Rd. Information was exchanged between the two drivers.

August 5

•At 10:22 a.m., hit-andrun report was taken from the 200 block of 4th St. E.

August 10

•At 5:47 p.m., an officer was dispatched to an accident without injuries near the intersection of County Rd. 47 and Pine St. No citations were issued.

August 12

•A two-vehicle accident was reported at 6:55 a.m. in the 300 block of Sibley St.

•A two-vehicle crash was reported at 5:03 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Dr. and S. Frontage Rd.

August 14

•At 10:29 a.m., a two-vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of 10th St. and Vermillion St.

•A one-vehicle accident was reported at 6:29 p.m. in the 100 block of Sieben Crest Ln.
