F3 Marina, an industry leading marina management and development company, is excited to announce they will be partnering with King’s Cove Marina ownership and managing the operations of King’s Cove Marina located in Hastings, Minnesota on Lake Conley, just off the Mississippi River. The King Family is retaining ownership and will remain a big part of the King Cove Marina community. F3 will oversee the day-to-day marina operations including staffing, facility maintenance, boat services, marketing and more.
King’s Cove Marina is a family-owned, full-service marina that has been serving the boating community since 1966. The marina offers seasonal and transient slip rental in a safe and private harbor, boat repair, boat sales, boat rentals and a ship store. Their unique location allows for unlimited boating adventures on two breathtaking rivers – the Mississippi and St. Croix Rivers.
“This decision was not made lightly,” said Bill King, Owner of King’s Cove Marina. “For the last 49 years of second-generation ownership, our family has been deeply committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all our patrons and we trust F3 Marina to continue that tradition. However, to better serve our community, ensure the continued growth of the marina, and enhance the overall customer experience, we believe this transition is the best way forward.”
