The Hastings Journal will be opening its office at 1304 Vermillion St.
“We started this newspaper in the heat of the pandemic and have been eager to find a place to continue to build our foundation here,” said Publisher John McLoone. “We have a lot of work to do here, and we’re dedicating to making our paper better. You’re going to notice changes and improvement every week.”
The Hastings Journal is the offical newspaper of the City of Hastings and the Hastings School District.
The new office overlooks Vermillion Street, across the street from the Smokin’ Oak Rotisserie & Grill. The office space formerly housed a dental practice.
