A Nininger Township home at 12420 Jerry Path sustained significant damage in a Jan. 2 structure fire.
The Hastings Fire Department was called to the scene at 3:51 p.m. and flames were visible from the second story of the home. Mutual aid was provided by the Prescott, Inver Grove Heights and Rosemount Fire Departments.
The home is owned by the Yowsa family, and all occupants and four dogs reportedly got out safely.
The Hastings Lions Club provided immediate aid to the family.
